View AgentsExcellent service !
Arwel was by far the most professional and knowledgeable person I have dealt with during my Landlord experience. He knew the current rental market so well I had every faith when dealing with him. Always a pleasure speaking to him and practising my Welsh ! Diolch yn fawr Arwel.

I currently have a property with belvoir mumbles and they provide an excellant service especially Arwel Rees. He has been exceptional from the beginning of finding a tenant right up to the moving in day. Very easy to get hold of and he is always willing to help. Great service

Arwel at Belvoir has been exceptional during the entire letting process. From the first meeting, through the photoshoot in order to let my partners house, and then on to the tenant find, contract sign and them moving in. Great communication, incredible knowledge and extremely reliable. Would recommend to anyone looking to let out their house!
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.

The reviewer ticked it on the review form, the agent recorded it, or the review says so. Reviews that do not say are not counted here, so the real number is usually higher.
