GoogleDISHONEST! Gary Carroon lied from the very beginning of transaction, "Cash" buyer turned into a small loan turned into an actual mortgage, Negotiated final sale & handed over keys ourselves, His language is foul when called out on his lies, record all phone calls with him, better yet Put your home on daft yourself and save yourself the misery of dealing with this unprofessional untrustworthy del boy style auctioneer

GoogleInteresting how all of the positive reviews are from sellers. I know it’s a sellers market at the moment but these guys have a house guiding @ 350k that 2 other estate agents in the town have told me should be guiding 265 to 275 k. Gouging the buyer? Another example of our laughable system whereby people are expected to take a vested interest at their word.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleGarry booked our first home in Mullingar and it was great dealing with them. In the current market where it is tough for buyers, Garry handhold and helped us every step coordinating with the builder. I would definitely recommend them for any of my friends who would be looking to buy in and around Mullingar.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleDishonest! Lie after lie from Gary who told us about a cash buyer, then it was a small loan, turns out it was a mortgage application, totally unprofessional, uses foul language when caught out on his lies - record everything with him as he will deny lying Ended up negotiating sale and handing over keys ourselves - Untrustworthy, unprofessional AvoidNegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value
