In August 2024, I instructed Jackson Grundy to list my property - The team were great at getting viewings booked in and we had sold within a month. We had some issues arise as a result of the age of the property (Built in early 1800s) and this nearly resulted in us losing our buyers. Olivia, Lauren and Georgina were extremely helpful and comforted both the buyer and myself throughout the process. We finally managed to complete during mid December thanks to Georgina's calm approach as she went above and beyond to keep all parties involved and informed. Will certainly be using them again in the future 👍

Exceptional service from the Moulton branch of Jackson Grundy in the sale of our house, especially from Olivia who kept us updated at all times and offered honesty and transparency throughout. Owing to the size of our particular chain, through nobody’s fault, the road to exchange was particularly long, however Olivia and team made a very conscious effort to push for us and support us throughout the process. Supportive, professional, all round 10/10!

I have recently been using the Mortgage Broker services with Louise. I can honestly say it has been the best experience for a FTB, Louise answered all my questions I had about every single thing professionally and promptly. I felt completely supported throughout the procedure & that everything was in my best interest, rather than theirs. A shoutout to Alice too, who answered my emails in Louise’s absence & even gave me a call to discuss parts of the mortgage offer on the same day as asking the question. We've sold our house with Moulton Jackson Grundy after buying it from them 10 years ago! The staff are so helpful, answering all of our questions from the initial evaluation all the way to exchange. Any concerns we've had were actioned and acted upon instantly and the teams professional, kind and considerate conduct have reassured myself with the safety of our home in their hands, especially when the stress of moving house seems like the worst thing in the world. Fantastic estate agents! Chris was very quick in finding someone to buy our house, both him and Megan were incredibly professional with everything to do the sale and showings.Becky was a godsend when it came to the sale! Jackson and Grundy Duston - superb

Jackson and Grundy Duston, have been amazing to deal with from start to end. We initially chose them to sell our property, as compared to other agents we approached they did not do a hard sell, harass us, or rubbish other agency’s in comparison to them. Megan and Chris were super professional throughout the selling process and they helped me secure an offer within a week or two of being on the market. Later Becky was superb as the sale progressed and supported above and beyond with facilitating communication between us, all solicitors in the chain and the other estate agents in the chain. I’m so grateful to the whole team for the fantastic service they gave us and after having a pretty dismal view of estate agents prior to working to these guys, I have had my mind well and truly changed. My advice to anyone choosing an estate agent to sell their property is to be careful who you chose to represent you - if they hard sell and make you uncomfortable then the chances are that any potential buyers of your property will feel the same. The team at Duston could not be more pleasant to deal with.

House sale following parents passing

Following the passing of our parents we contacted Becky at Jackson’s and from the off we were provided with excellent support and advice. It took several months for probate to be sorted out and during that time we lost a link in the chain but Becky kept us informed and secured very quickly another purchaser. During what was a difficult time for the family, Jackson staff were great, always replied to emails and answered all our queries. Avoid this agency at all costs

Avoid this agency at all costs. The way I was spoken to was rude, unprofessional, and completely dismissive of me as a customer. Instead of owning up to their behaviour and offering a simple apology, they sent lengthy responses trying to twist the situation to make out I was in the wrong. Communication was inconsistent and confusing, and any time I raised a concern it felt like they were more interested in defending themselves than actually helping. It’s clear they don’t value their customers or know how to handle complaints properly. The whole experience has been a complete waste of time and energy. If you’re looking for an estate agent who is professional, respectful, and customer-focused, I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere.
