GoogleI had a lovely experience with Craig Kirk of your firm. I contacted the office with loads of questions and queries about selling my house. Craig was just lovely and knowledgeable and managed to answer every single thing. He was so professional. In the end I decided not to sell my property at that time but I will in the future and will definitely go straight to Craig Kirk for that. Great company and great staff. Thank you Craig.

GoogleOn looking to put my house up for sale, i contacted 5 estate agents for estimated costs. Hemmings was the only one to give prices over the phone and took time to find out what I wanted. All the others refused to give prices, they wanted to look round my property first. Thank you Craig.

Suzie was able to answer all our question and made us feel very at ease, no rushing about during the viewing and gave us time to look about after being showed round. GoogleFrom the very beginning, Hemmings Homes were proactive with the sale of my property. Craig was excellent, very helpful and professional from the initial visit to then capturing our property in excellent images, and making use of Matterport to create a virtual house tour. The admin thereafter was carried out by Lesley who provides prompt and clear communication. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hemmings Homes to anyone based on my experience.

GoogleThe sale process was very quick and easy with lots of good communication from Hemmings Homes. Following the initial meeting we were confident that we were in good hands. The selling process was very quick and took a matter of days to get the Home Report carried out and list the property. The viewings were scheduled very well by Hemmings Homes (one out, one in for some cases) and a lot of interest was generated. The house was on the market for less than ten days before offers were made. We are very satisfied with everything and would not hesitate in recommending Hemmings Homes.

GoogleI have used a few agents previously to manage my rental portfolio and always had issues. I couldn't be any happier since i switched to Hemmings Homes. Craig and his team are very efficient & are excellent at finding good reliable tenants. The rent is always paid to me on time aswell. Overall an excellent service for little cost. A number of my friends & family are also using Hemmings Homes and are also delighted with the service provided.

My house sale was managed through Lesley who explained and guided us through the whole process. She managed the advertisement , viewings through to the offers, her expertise was invaluable and put us at ease. In the end my house sold very quickly at a price I was happy with. Hemming Homes played a big part in my successful house sale and I could not have asked for more.

Selling your house is something that most people only do a few times in their lifetime, so it was so beneficial to have Craig and Nikita who understood this and were more than happy to ‘hold my hand’ every step of the way. GoogleI would like to start by saying the amount of time this has dragged on was ridiculous and for me to constantly have to chase YOU guys up constantly was another reason you are being left with a 1 star. For someone who is going to rent a property for the first time I expected this to be handled more professionally and was not. I am not unhappy about not getting the property but the lack of communication there is no excuses for. Period.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality
Hi Courtney The landlord decided to award his property to someone he knows, we let you know as soon as he informed us and we refunded your holding fee the same day. I do not understand why you have given us a 1 star review? Obviously you are disappointed you did not get the rental property you wanted but the decision was taken out of our hands and we were working to our landlords instructions.
