When Sarah first asked me what I wanted for my property, I joked and said £100k for my £75k house! She nearly fell off her chair but promised she’d do her best. A week later, after a bidding war, I ended up with over £90k, I honestly couldn’t believe it! The online portal was brilliant for keeping me in the loop with viewings and offers, and Sarah even organised the home report and solicitor, which made everything so much easier. The sale wasn’t the most straight forward , but Sarah kept in touch the whole way through, speaking with the solicitor and buyer so I didn’t have to stress. I’d 100% use Sarah and Hemming Homes again, she really went above and beyond. So if you want to sell your house and achieve the best price possible while someone else does all the hard work, Sarah and Hemming Homes are the folk to use.

I couldn't have asked for a more attentive and personal service when selling a home under difficult circumstances. Russell was my agent and had called me back about 5 minutes after submitting an enquiry and had already done some research on the house before we spoke. It felt like I was already discussing the house with someone I already knew. The photos of the property were fantastic too. The house had 2 viewers and 2 offers within a week, but Russell had kept in touch to ensure that everything went smoothly right up to the week of the closure. Hemmings Homes have been brilliant acting as letting agents for my property. I first came to them in 2019 and haven't regretted it since. More recently my tenant moved out and Suzie advertised my property, received multiple enquiries and managed to find a new tenant in a matter of a couple of weeks. Suzie kept me fully up to date on how things were proceeding. Not only this, their care of my property, with inspections and ongoing administration of my landlord certifications etc mean I never have to worry about something lapsing or going out of date. Brilliant service, and really happy continuing to use the Hemmings Team. I'd definitely recommend Craig and his team for any landlords looking for an agency to manage their property.
