Hi Darren, We're sorry to hear that you feel this way. We put customer service at the forefront of everything we do and would like to highlight the following points and ask if you may re-consider your review; 1) You kept a dog at the property even though the property was advertised as "no pets" and your tenancy agreement made it clear that pets were not allowed. 2) After you purchased a property you requested an early release from your fixed term tenancy. We worked hard to negotiate this for you, if we would have held you to your tenancy (which would have been perfectly reasonable), it would have cost you thousands of pounds in rent. This was a gesture of goodwill and done in good faith. You did then not uphold your side of the negotiation and withheld any further rent payments. 3) A professional inventory was conducted before you moved into the property. At checkout, there were issues with the property that were highlighted to you. We gave you the chance to rectify these issues and you didn't. We were very reasonable with the deductions and further negotiated with you to try and find a happy medium to avoid a lengthy dispute through the DPS. 4) You state that communication was poor but we were always very prompt in replying to your emails. On the 19th January, we sent you 7 emails alone! We were also very attentive to your phone calls. 5) We can find no evidence of rude or aggressive behaviour and our other reviews commend us on our service which we are extremely proud of. We tried to explain to you that there were professional and contractual obligations that we were both bound to, in the same way your landlord was but you wished to walk away from the property mid term as you'd bought a house. This ran contrary to your assurances at the start of your tenancy and application process.
