GoogleWe have been viewing houses for a short while now and Gwyn at Peter Alan Morriston has been without a doubt the best estate agent we've had dealings with. Extremely personable and friendly, has kept us updated after we've made an offer on a property whilst we wait to hear the outcome. It is extremely refreshing to meet someone like Gwyn. He has made us wish we used Peter Alan to sell too!

GoogleI have a rental property in Morriston with Peter Alan and had the pleasure of meeting Joseph Johns the rental agent based in Morriston currently managing my property. I would like to highly recommend this young man for his courteous but friendly manner and helping me with issues relating to my rental property I live in Canada and it is nice to know that I have a reliable, professional contact at the Morriston branch to both help my tenant and relay any issues to myself.

GoogleI was ready to move to another company from Peter Alan as I did not have very good customer service. Then came along Joe Johns who went way out of his way to persuade me to stay by showing me the way he deals with customers I changed my mind. He is always on the end of the phone when you need him, even after work. If the company had more people like Joe Johns working for them, their business would go from strength to strength. Joe Johns please let me knowif you ever decide to leave as I would take my property to another company. Thank you for everything. Kind regards Shahida

The main contact I had at the Branch was Corey Miles who I found to be very professional and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. I am currently dealing with the Senior Sales Progressor Kelly-Louise Thomas and am also finding her a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleAs first time buyers, the whole process can't be slightly daunting, but can honestly say Peter alan morriston have been amazing. Unlike other estate agents in the area they have been efficient, helpful and gone above and beyond to keep me informed of new properties becoming available and making our purchase happen. From our viewings with Samuel we were immediately put at ease, his friendly, informative manner made viewing properties a pleasure rather than an uninformed chore. Stephanie in the office has been amazing in keeping me informed at all times, letting us know new properties have come into the market and then liaising with us to get our offer accepted. She has been so friendly and approachable at all times, no questions we've had have been too much and always gets back to my emails swiftly. We also decided to go with their in house mortgage advisor Connor and again he has been fab. Explained everything clearly, promptly and has made sure all paperwork has been explained fully. He has also been very approachable and friendly. All in all you can tell they are all a very informed, young, fresh dynamic team together and are passionate about getting their roles done properly. They will all go far in life because they treat their clients like human beings (unlike other estate agents locally) I highly recommend Peter alan morriston, so far we are extremely happy with everything they have done to make our new home a reality. Thankyou guys.

GoogleAnnie has been absolutely AMAZING as our Sales Negotiator, from the first day she has been so open and transparent with all communication and has supported us massively with communicating with our solicitors which were a little slow at times. Annie has made purchasing our home an absolute breeze, if we buy another house I’ll be sure to request Annie in the future! I am so grateful to have had her as our sales negotiator! Thank you Annie!!! Josh was so helpful and polite when showing us around 5 properties all in one day. They were arranged logically and in a timely manner. He was great at answering our questions, we weren’t rushed at all and felt like we were able to wander round the houses pressure free! Thanks Josh, you also found us our dream home!!

GoogleHave recently called into the Morriston branch and dealt with Callum he was more than helpful. I went in the branch to arrange a viewing, got this booked in, got registered and arranged an appointment with Jessica the mortgage advisor to make sure I am doing everything the correct way. He explained things fully to me and really helped me to understand the whole buying process. As a first time buyer this can be quite daunting but he definitely made things easy and understandable. Thank you Callum, I am glad you are here to help me get onto the property ladder. Karen.

GoogleI dealt with James Froude to let a house in Morriston. But I live in Devon and was not able to come to Swansea myself. We therefore did everything over the phone and email which meant James had to do a lot of extra leg work, including the re-registering of both gas and electric meters. He was everything one would desire in a lettings agent achieving many viewings and a quick tenancy.with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency. Highly recommended!!

GoogleWorst letting experience ever! Not recommended Been renting with this agency in swansea for the last 9 months. Terrible experience, no maintenance issued getting fixed. Staff and landlord not helpful even in emergencies as water leaks. Very slow to react and don’t care. Photos attached

GoogleWe had been trying to sell our house for a year. We had used 3 different estate agents prior to Peter Alan (with some not great experiences along the way). After improvements to the house we listed the property with Peter Alan. Josh from Peter Alan Morriston branch visited the property. We wanted to use Peter Alan all along but were always that little bit more expensive than the other agents. We met with Josh after he took the photos and we agreed which photos we would use in the advert. We immediately had significant interest and sold out property a day after it was advertised for very close to the asking price on the first viewing with at least another 4 other viewings lined up. Peter Alan are more expensive but guess we are proof you get what you pay for. With Josh the experience being one of team work whilst compiling the brochure with him and us having some great photos which combined made for a great brochure. Compiling the brochure was a great experience with Josh as he recognised we had very definite ideas but reined these in when needed! Josh was very personable and he was only the second agent of the 4 we used who we felt really got what the house was about and could potentially pass that enthusiasm we. Thanks to Josh at the Morriston branch and Alex at the Gorseinon branch for sorting everything out once we received the offer. Truly the Mercedes of estate agents in our experience!

GoogleRhian (the manager of Peter Alan) and her staff - including the mortgage advisor - Matthew Phelps - went above and beyond to make ensure that we exchanged and completed on time. There was virtually no stress up until the last week of the whole buying period but this was due to outside factors. I can't recommend them highly enough. Diolch to everyone at Peter Alan, Morriston. You made what could have been a living hell into a rather easy move!
