Regarding the marketing fee, this covers the cost of our digital marketing package which includes professional photography, enhanced property listings, and targeted online advertising to maximise exposure. This fee is clearly set out in our terms of business at the point of signing. We are also concerned to hear your comments around communication, signage and feedback, and these will be shared with the team to ensure improvements are made.
