Hayley Blackwell is, without a doubt, the finest Assistant Sales Manager south of the River Trent. She helped with the sale of a property which threw up several problems, including a burst water pipe which damaged the property extensively. She was a calm and professional guiding hand, extremely helpful, and kept on top of the marketing and sale at all stages. I would highly recommend her, Karl, and the whole team at Ellisons who all chipped in to make whole process seem effortless.

These people are just bang on there game so understand your every need and want. Just as a side joke Aidan in sales reminds of Jimmy Carr but in a nice way such a wonderful person very honest and the rest of the team Laura Lisa and all you guys have always gone above and beyond to ensure the stuff gets done never a issue and fast call backs and double calls to make sure that everything is working and the job is done. Viewed a property for rent in Morden with Ellisons. The property itself was very nice and we placed an offer for it but unfortunately the landlord went for a higher price. Ellisons informed me they would have another property in the same building the following week and someone would get in touch with me. A week or 2 later, I still hadn't heard anything to the point I was back at square 1, looking for other properties again. Unreliable agency. Would not recommend at all.

I recently had contractors from Madigas Maintenance, arranged through Ellisons Property Management, visit my home to address an issue with my overflowing external gully. I cannot speak highly enough of the team who attended, John and his son Mat (if I’ve got the name correct). They were extremely professional, respectful, and efficient. They resolved the issue within minutes and left no mess behind, which was a huge relief. What stood out most was how calm and considerate they were, especially as my young children were around. Their approach reflected genuine care and family values, which made the experience so much easier and more pleasant during what could have been a stressful situation.
