The initial process was smooth and transparent, inventory detailed, and any issue we have raised has been dealt with in a quick, efficient and professional manner, so once again thank you because this has been the best estate agent we have worked with as tenants.

From start to finish of the sale of our house it has been such a great experience. Mya and her team have went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. From first meeting her she makes u feel very comfortable around her, like she’s known u for years. She’s very much a people person and always has a smile on her face and a positive outlook on everything. Normally moving is a very stressful time but Mya has always made me feel at ease..her help and advice has been invaluable to us and we can’t thank her enough for everything. Would very much highly recommend this family run business and I will def be using them again in the future.

Lucy was extra helpful while I was looking for a Buy to Let in Llandod. She flagged new rental regs and recommended trades after I completed. There are a few hurdles around safety certificates / conveyancing also takes ages atm! Not all sellers are responsive, so a good agent knows when to nudge and intervene. I would happily recommend Lucy as a supportive agent to get on board with. Not all transactions flow as we would like so it matters! Thanks Lucy ;)

Just do yourself a favour and avoid. Too toxic, deceitful and amoral to put into words. And most dangerous ingredient of all, they're in complete denial of how their deceiving themselves impacts the lives of others; especially in the midst of a pandemic. Incapable of accepting responsibility for dragging families (a 12-hour drive with a 3-year-old) down the garden path that they already know is a waste of time. Then, when challenged, they snap and tell you truth of the situation and the house has already gone. When it's way too late with significant investment of time, money and effort wasted. Assurances broken. Playing with real-life, make or break situations like the people they're playing with are pawns in a high-stakes game they don't care about. Conscienceless.

Excellent service from start to finish. I can not thank Richard enough for all his help selling our house. The photos and video were excellent, the sales literature was well written and the viewings were very organised. Once the sale was agreed Richard continued to support us and the buyer through to completion. Richard and the rest of the Builth team made the process of house selling much less stressful than I expected.

I have been renting a Cluny's property for almost 4 years now and in that time I have always been met with smiles and good service! If there was ever a problem with anything in the flat, they were always quick to resolve the issue and happy to do so! I do not have a single bad thing to say about any of the staff at Cluny's! They have always been kind and friendly, any issue was resolved swiftly and without confrontation, and I was always spoken to with respect and understanding! It has been a genuine joy to live in one of their property's for so long and I can't recommend them enough!!

The agency is allowing the letting process to be similar to the job interview process. After viewing the property customers are submitting applications. The landlord receives all applications and chooses the candidate. Visiting the property even from far away and being interested in taking it does not guarantee that you will be the chosen one. Agency will not care that you wasted your time and money in arriving to view the property. They only accommodate landlord wishes and own business. I would be embarrassed to allow such practice to take place either as a landlord or an agent. I would understand such a process if the landlord will be paying me for staying at the property. Isn't it the other way around? I have to be chosen! Have you gone mad?! It is revolting, how can you treat people like this? I hope one day you will become a victim of what you are creating! Shame on you!Readers, if you have any shred of self-respect left in yourself object to such practice or allow yourself to be treated like rubbish. The landlord chooses the tenant. You are chosen to stay and pay rent! I can't believe it! LOL :)
