GoogleWe were delighted with the service we received when selling our house, from the initial valuation, to undertaking the views with interested clients, both Jeanne and Kelly kept us informed. We accepted an offer on our house just 9 weeks from it going on the market. I would highly recommend AB & S estate agents to help you sell your property. Well Done.

GoogleWorst estate agent I have ever dealt with! The manager is rude, unprofessional, doesn't return phone calls and is not to be trusted.

GoogleRecently sold our house in Elgin with AB&S. We had looked at different estate agents and found AB&S to be the most competitive and they knew the market. The prospectus for the house and the photographs were very good. Jeanne showed the house to the prospective buyers and took that hassle away from us. The house sold after a period of six months and it was fairly straightforward. I would use again, and we did to buy our next home.

Googlewould give zero stars if it was an option, as with the other review on here, AB&S accepted my solicitors written offer, then 5 days later accepted a higher offer, leaving me with a solicitors bill and a mortgage i was luckily able to cancel. Gazumping is allegedly illegal in Scotland. Not in Elgin apparently. Steer well clear, bunch of crooks.

GoogleI would like to Thank abs for the fantastic and professional service that was provided to my husband and myself . We would highly recommend this estate agents for viewing and selling your home.

GoogleWe went for a viewing with ABS, it's refreshing how they allowed us as much time as we wanted to view the property and wern't rushed round like the typical 10 seconds 'this is a bedroom, this is a bathroom' it allowed us to get a real feel for the house as a home.

GoogleAfter reading the negative feedback some people have left, I have to say that I do not recognise this as the same Estate Agency we are currently with. All of the staff at A,B &S have been efficient, kind and courteous at all times. They are very pleasant on the telephone and very welcoming if you need to just stop by. Jeanne, the Office Manager, has gone above and beyond for us from day one including answering an email at 9:00 at night on Easter Monday. We have felt very well looked after and I trust that our best interests are being met. I highly recommend A,B,&S Elgin.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleRude and unprofessional, cannot believe they are still in business. They never answer the phone and when they do, they are extremely rude, like you have inconvenienced them. Sadly wanted to view a home and was told to put an offer in first, this seems like madness. Unfortunately we bought our current house from them and although the house is lovely, they were a nightmare to buy from. Wouldn't put the house 'under offer' after accepting the offer and never put a sold sign up even after the missives were signed. They said until we got the keys it would remain on the market. Terrible service, would highly recommend avoid using this agency to purchase from or sell with.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI required a local Estate Agent to market my Mother’s house in the area. Myself and my Mother received a very personal and professional service from Jeanne who guided us very accurately through the entire process. The property was marketed and a large level of interest was received along with an offer accepted within 5 working days from the listing. I would highly recommend this friendly and local Agency. Many thanks and keep up the excellent work.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAfter accepting our written legal offer on a property and promising to cancel any further showings we were informed by our solicitor that AB&S did in fact show the property again without our knowledge resulting in the sellers taking a higher offer not even allowing us to up our bid. AB&S "gazumped" us and we are lucky that our landlord hadn't already made arrangements based on the closing date in our contracts with AB&S. We are only fortunate that this agency hadn't rendered us homeless. I cannot describe the extreme disappointment our family has experienced by this event.

GoogleThe viewing agent was uninterested and unwelcoming. Spent the whole time on her phone and even brought her dog. Had no interest in doing her job. Completely unprofessional.NegativeProfessionalism
