TrustpilotI would highly recommend Manning…
I would highly recommend Manning Stainton Wakefield to anyone. The branch manager, Chris talked us through the service we could expect from his team and that exactly what we received, professional, efficient, excellent customer service and friendly. We received regular contact on viewings and feedback. The team sold our house in 10 1/2 weeks. Our property had previously been marketed by another high street agent for 1 year, very few viewings, hardly any contact and no sale.

TrustpilotFantastic service from manning stainton!
Fantastic service from manning stainton throughout our home purchase. Best estate agents in town by far. The sales figures speak for themselves. Don’t think that just because they all go on rightmove etc. that the estate agent doesnt matter because it really does. Manning internally sourced our buyer through their own contacts and it sold after the first viewing. Very pleased with Deborahs performance and also Claire Hale. Over the moon.

Thomas Clough, Suzanne Pasque and the rest of the team did an amazing job helping us to complete all the steps to rent our property and find the tenants in record time. We are very satisfied with their service and we highly recommend them.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
