Disappointed that it's taken a year to get this sale over the line.
Thank you for the review, I appreciate the nature of this sale was sensitive and emotional. We were equally disappointed when the 1st buyer withdrew due to a change of circumstances but glad we were able to find a new buyer and the sale complete in 17 weeks.

The worse experience of my life. They constantly lie and use bullying behaviour to get what they want. The staff are extremely rude, unhelpful and disrespectful - I am surprised they are still open to be honest. I have read similar reviews further down. I only wish I read them before getting involved with Manning Stainton. THEY DO NOT HAVE TENANTS BEST INTERESTS AT HEART. They have caused me so much anxiety and distress.

Disappointed in the lack of communication during the sale process. I feel that I paid a premium cost for the conveyancing introduced through Manning Stainton without getting a premium service. Also way too much of the conveyancing process admin fell to me to handle & the whole process was way too slow imo.
