The Cross gates office. Great people. Marianne, the valuer, valued our house at £100k more than another local agent. Had an offer close to the valuation, but a survey found defects in the house, and we agreed to knock £35k off the agreed price. Still got £60k more than the other firms full valuation.Becky in the office got things moving, and Joanne took charge of the sale to completion. Great, friendly and accessible service.

Abi is great..

Still in the process of completing on a property purchase, but the customer service received from Abi Clayton from Headingley branch was amazing. I felt such trust with her that I had no hesitation in allowing her to refer me to a mortgage broker and conveyancing. Her professionalism was great aswell, you don't need to chase her up even if you haven't heard on something as I just knew she was working as quickly as possible, and the day wouldn't end without her updating me.

Exceptional service from start to finish!

I cannot recommend Manning Stainton highly enough. The whole team were exceptional throughout my sale. Everyone I spoke to at the Pudsey branch had access to my records so could answer my queries quickly, and if I needed to speak to an individual, messages were passed on and I always got a call back. They dealt with every aspect of the transaction effectively and professionally. The whole team were friendly and accommodating and made me feel like a genuinely valued customer. I would like to specifically mention Debbie Cundill who managed my case. Her efforts to get my sale to completion were outstanding, she kept me informed regularly and did all of this in the most kind and affable manner, which has made the stressful event of selling a property so much easier. We received a great service when selling our property from start to finish. Excellent advice received from Sarah Joseph in deciding how to market and at what price. Simone Si Mohamed looked after the property during marketing and arranged and completed countless viewings without an issue. She even went above and beyond emailing well out of office hours to help with an issue when someone was spotted walking around the garden of the property.Lesley Alexander saw the sale through to completion and showed excellent knowledge and experience in dealing with any issues that arose.

The most disgusting estate agent I have…

The most disgusting estate agent I have ever seen. The best you can do is to stay away from them, because this industry has no regulator, they can do anything they want won’t be banned, at most you can be compensated by Property OmbudsmanMy purchase was dealt by Pudsey office, Leeds. I was set up extra conditions during the purchase. After my offer accepted I was required to pay my mortgage advisor, submit mortgage application, obtain lender valuation booked, then they can remove properties from market. Of course it’s on purpose to get my purchase failed. Their in house mortgage broker tried to charge me £700, which is not market price, of course I don’t want to. They raised all issues to get my purchase failed because they tried to sell to someone else. Even I’m a criminal, according to Consumer Law, you can’t set up different conditions for me.After I raised complaint, even more lies, such as my mortgage was residential, blaming on vendor, their employees are qualified etc. This industry has no regulator, how come your employees are qualified ? They even said I have mortgage problems. If I have why my another two purchase were completed? Their mortgage advisor tried to charge me £700, I don’t want to, then I have mortgage problemsI called Property Ombudsman. They told me to raised complaint with them, and also said they can’t ban them, can only compensate me. If things can’t be resolved, I’ll sue them in court. I want to see how can them lie in courtBecause of no regulator they are not afraid of anything. They can do anything they want won’t be banned. You’d better stay away from them.P.S. after my negative feedbacks, Every 1 or 2 days I received emails from Trustpilot said Manning Stainton said I’m a faked customer, breached privacy policy etc. how disgusting they are. You can reply me publicly instead of doing things on the back. If anyone believes they can end up better with them, go ahead, other than that, everything is clear
