All the staff were very helpful and the process went reasonably smoothly. The delay in completion was due to the Landlord not returning required documents but the team helped in chasing these. At all times I was kept up to date on where we were in finalising the sale.

I felt the valuation provided by Mannings was reasonable. We passed quickly through Sales and Marketing and received an offer above the asking price. My issue with Mannings is that I feel the company focussed solely on completing the sale rather than my needs as their client. I would not recommend Manning Stainton Estate Agents.

Would have given five stars but for one thing a sign was never erected on the property and we understood one would be. We asked on two occassions and were told one would be put up so slightly disappointed by that. But otherwise all staff kept us informed and were helpful and polite.
