GoogleYour Move Montrose, Stephen and the team really bring a personal touch to what they do.. We sadly had to sell our grandparents home that has been in our family since childhood - built from scratch - it could have been a traumatic experience however they made everything very straightforward. They really did provide a professional bespoke service going above and beyond, they got us the best price for our home and took to do with absolutely everything. They are the most professional, personable ethical, locally respected estate agent in the heart of Montrose and myself and my family will always be thankful for the way they helped us as this sad time Thank you again and keep doing what you do!! D

GoogleCould not be more impressed with the service provided. Everything was done promptly and efficiently from the word go at the initial house valuation. House was put on the market and within a couple of hours I had three viewings booked for the following day which then became two offers on the house so sold within a day. Very friendly and helpful staff, Catherine was always on the other end of the phone if I had any questions and was happy to support the process. Fantastic REAL estate agents who will actually sell the house not just get it onto the market!

GoogleAnne went above and beyond to help us secure the lease on our new home, We were always well informed at every step of the process and she really did go the extra mile when the paperwork side of things got a bit "unconventional"! We can't thank her enough for the hard work she put into turning our situation around by intervening and putting right a problem that was caused by a 3rd party and one that could have lost us the house. If we could give more stars, we would!

GoogleAt the beginning of marketing my house. I felt I was explained everything, upfront costs deductions for paying media pack early etc and was happy . But managers changed for the better in my opinion, then when house was sold the final bill was much higher than expected. Nobody was sure exactly what was prepaid. My annoyance may be partly my fault as my interpretation of what was originally said was not what it said in fine print.

From great professional photos to proper advertising on all the major websites to people they already had on their books who might be interested. The online schedule prepared by him secured us early viewings and we received an acceptable offer within a week. His valuation advice based on good knowledge of the current local market was spot on. Office staff were always pleasant and helpful. All in all a seamless process and a reasonable fee. We would certainly recommend.

GoogleThis company is not regulated like solicitor . We had an offer accepted and confirmed they asked us for legal offer via solicitor. We arranged and paid then they said client wanted to allow other offers. We had agreed put property ' under offer' so were taken aback when they called and said was going to ' closing date'. Solicitor would not have allowed this ethically and would withdraw property off sales portfolio. Worst type of 'unregulated' ' estate agent' no ethics. Manager doesn't have any concerns about allowing this to happen. In short if you place any trust in this company to deal for you beware.... Not working under same legal framework as your solicitor would so dont have you as a buyer or seller to be answerable to. Gazumped in Scotland because no ethics swerve!!!.
