WOW where do I start? We had previously listed a home with a different estate agents with being messed about a lot we had finally excepted an offer, but with the buyers pulling out 3 days before we meant to exchange contracts was heart breaking….. BUT M2 saved the day, mark visited the home to take pictures & get it back on the market, with in 5 days Dan had lots of viewings booked in but before all could view the house we had accepted an offer FANTASTIC, I honestly couldn’t believe how quickly this had happened. I am so grateful for everything you did to get this house sold quickly. I would also like to say a massive thank you to Temar she was incredible nothing was ever a problem for her she would help as much as she could to get this sale moving quickly. The whole process took 8 weeks and honestly I couldn’t recommend M2 enough you guys are the best!!!!!!

The service we had from M2 was excellent. We had a very professional and honest appraisal of our house and a realistic valuation. The care taken over the photographs was unmatched - nearly 90 minutes, as photos were taken to capture the best of the property. The marketing was excellent with advance postings on social media. M2 also still operates a shop and all properties get time in the window. We got a viewing on day one which led to an offer and sale. Throughout the sale we were kept updated and the progress chasing and fact finding was brilliant. We also bought a property marketed by M2 and the buying process was just as good. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and professional and I recommend them to anyone.

If you're thinking of using M2 Estate Agents for selling you house think again! Arranged a house viewing last Saturday (to purchase), agent was 40 minutes late, did not know the house layout etc. told us he'd send a text message immediately after the viewing for feedback (3 days later, still no text). Rang the office today (Tuesday) asking to speak to someone about the house we viewed, was told we'd get a call back... 6 hours later, still no call (despite calling them back 3 times to chase). If this is the standard of them selling your house, it certainly doesn't paint a good picture. It's put us off using them to sell our houses that's for sure.

They are very efficient, professional and helpful. We had a difficult transition, but M2 were absolutely fabulous... Would 100% NOT recommend M2 estate agents to any body selling their home! Our experience has been dreadful from the start. Firstly we had Mark come out and visit our home to do a valuation, he told us our property was worth a lot more than what other estate agents in the area were telling us which we questioned but he reassured us that we would be under cutting ourselves if we followed the other estate agents advice. So with how confident he was that he could sell our home for this figure we agreed to proceed which is where the other issues began. Near enough every block of viewings the estate agent was late arriving, leaving the potential buyers stood outside for up to 15/20 minutes. Every time we had to call to check they hadn’t mixed up the days or if he was still coming. They would book up to 4/5 potential buyers in for viewings in one block booking then anyone else wanting to see the property had to wait sometimes over a week until the next block booking which in this period a lot of them had found other properties or cancelled on us. One block booking was arranged and booked for a Saturday while we were away on holiday which was fine only to get a call on the Friday to see if we could do the viewings ourselves as the estate agent was no longer working. Luckily my mother in law stepped in. During the block booking on that Saturday my mother in law actually managed to get our house sold not M2. Our offers came in no where near marks valuation so we obviously declined them in which the guys in the office stated these were really good offers and we should really have a think about it which left us confused on how the valuer and their office team where so far apart price wise. So to summarise, the valuation is was way off which left us disappointed with final offers. Late arriving to viewings which could have affected the viewings themselves. Late cancellations and requesting us the customers to sell our own home. Poor communication throughout the process, Call backs from the office take at least 2 working days for feed back it’s ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN!!

From the very start M2 have been amazing, Dan with the quick and efficient listing of our property to sell and then Temar on the progression team, who is an absolute diamond.
