FacebookWould highly recommend. Moving home is stressful enough, but the staff at M2 Newport were absolutely superb. They took all the stress away, always able to answer questions and kept us in the loop. Very knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. Lovely people.

FacebookHighly recommended. From putting the house on the market to completion M2 were excellent. We were very impressed with the quality of the brochure and particularly the photos made our house look fantastic. After we had an offer there were regular follow up calls and we never had to chase up to find out what was happening.

GoogleThey went above and beyond , always helpful , efficient and nothing was too much trouble . They made us, the buyers of the property they were selling, feel very at ease and anything we asked any one of the people in the office they were very accommodating. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

TrustpilotDisorganised and sometimes rude and condescending
Viewed a few houses with M2 and whilst he seemed professional at first, the process of making an offer to buy was painful and disorganised - the market was busy and we didn't offers passed on for days at a time. When the offer was accepted, the M2 office staff were condescending, didn't pass messages on as requested and when they called to say we could collect the keys, didn't have them ready on our arrival and made us wait 15 mins whilst our removal company were on the driveway. Didn't even get a 'Congratulations' on your new home, never mind a bottle of wine or bunch of flowers, as friends who have moved have got from their agents.

FacebookRecently sold our house with M2. We were very impressed with the whole team. Communication was very good throughout and they worked hard to keep the process moving a quickly as possible. We were particularly impressed with the video Mark produced and the updates and communication from Sophie in completing the sale.

Dan’s advice ranged from recommendations on arrangement of furniture for viewings and photographs, to having a board put up outside, to attract interest. The house sold quickly and Temar from the progress team was constantly in touch, updating me with the progress of the sale at every stage. Even the aftercare has been wonderful - I wish I had bought a property through them too - it would have saved a lot of the problems I have had in my own purchase!! Fabulous team!
