GoogleSuch a great company to deal with, and nothing is ever too much trouble. We had an issue recently where Meta banned us for no reason. Paul was quick to jump in and undertake all the usual qualification requirements they place upon you as a business It's a real strong point for Paul and his team when having to deal with Meta issues on our behalf, in addition to providing the messaging platform that we use.

GoogleI spoke with Lucy from the Moreton Branch and mentioned I was thinking of moving in the near future - she was so helpful and positive and arranged for me to have my house valued - Everyone who I talked to throughout the process were engaging and kind and made me feel they would do justice to my home - would really recommend anyone to give the staff the opportunity to help them - think it would be a positive outcome.

GooglePoor service. We attempted to set up WhatsApp with StitchAI, but during onboarding they have managed to restrict our Meta account. As a result, we can no longer use WhatsApp or run Facebook or Instagram ads. There has been a lack of communication and no clear effort to resolve the issue.

GoogleCurrently in the process of selling a property with Karl Tattler in Moreton and we cannot fault the service we have received to date. From the initial contact with Max who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable to Natalie who has effortlessly guided us through the sale process and and kept us informed on a regular basis. I was one of the early adopters of Stitch AI and I have really bought into what Paul and his team are trying to do. The Whatsapp service we now operate saves my staff more time in a month than what it costs me in a year. It allows customers to feel valued as the can process an enquire through to booking a viewing 24/7 and 365 days of the year and it saves time for staff having the leads pre-qualified from the moment they pick them up

We are big fans of the Whatsapp integration offered by Stitch and in particular Paul who is excellent, the ability to communicate in a way that the customer prefers, has been a real game changer, especially in lockdown
