From start to finish Nick and his team were so professional keeping us constantly updated as to the progress of our sale. At all times we felt confident in their experience to complete the sale of our home. All I can say it that we are so pleased with the service they provided. Each member of staff played their part to the completion of our sale. Laura conducted viewings at our home and was knowledgeable as to all aspects of the property. She has such a warm personality and love of her job which shines through in her interaction with clients. Maura and Anne follow the” agreed “to “completion “stage of the process Contacting buyers and solicitors keeping us up to date with progress. Their knowledge of the process and professionalism leads to a successful and easy transition to completion. Hayley brings all together with phone calls , emails and arranging viewings and so much more. I couldn’t not mention everyone individually as they all played an important role and to be honest they are all so lovely to deal with at a time where it can be stressful. Then Nick. Such a warm , professional and all round lovely person who has his name over the door and manages the team. What a gentleman. All I can say is that if you’re looking to sell your home or buy a new home don’t look anywhere else other than Stewart’s Estate Agents.

I’m slightly baffled reading the other reviews that it is the same place I’m reviewing. My partner was travelling from Scotland to hopefully view 4 particular properties within a short timeframe and due to work commitments short notice - unfortunately 2 of the properties were with Stewart’s. She rang several times on Saturday morning to try and arrange viewings for Monday or Tuesday morning. No reply despite their website stating they were opened on Saturday mornings ( she arranged Monday viewings for the other 2 properties on Saturday morning with different estate agents ) , so she left a polite voice message explaining her situation . I realise we are in the middle of a pandemic and they possibly weren’t opened Saturday morning but since it is 2021 how hard would it be to update their website? As it turns out that isn’t a strong point either because all their properties aren’t updated as ‘sale agreed’ despite sold signs on a 9 property we drove past and subsequently enquired about. First thing Monday morning she rang and requested the two viewings , politely explaining the tight window. I think it was Hayley who took the call and initially seemed to grasp the situation. “I’ll see what I can do and call you back”. One and a half hours later - nothing , so she called again to be advised it wasn’t possible to view either property on the Monday. There was such an arrogance in her attitude. I witnessed this via loudspeaker. One of the properties wasn’t accepting viewings until later in the week due to work commitments which was fine but when asked if she could possibly explain her situation to the vendors and enquire about an evening viewing it was a blunt “no”. Not “I’ll check with them” or “unfortunately I can’t do that”. We agreed to view one of the properties the following morning ( it is an empty property ). The following morning she received a cold voice message from Michael stating the viewing couldn’t go ahead and to contact the office to perhaps arrange for later in the week. He obviously didn’t get the here for one night memo. As it turned out she viewed a property with another estate agent on Tuesday who was a breath of fresh air and completed the sale the same day with the sold sign up the next day. Properties are apparently booming at the minute but humility doesn’t cost anything. It will not always be like this. I have never experienced such arrogance from a professional before. Stewart’s lost a potential sale because one of their properties was perhaps top of her wish list but I imagine this matters to them not a jot. I would personally be very very reluctant to ever sell or buy a property through this companyNegativeResponsiveness, Quality

Stewart’s Eatate agents handled the sale of my home. From the first email Nick was extremely professional, courteous and helpful. After the house was valued, a professional Brochure was designed and Nick returned on two occasions to take photographs to ensure that the best marketing of the property could be achieved. After the house was on the market I had excellent communication with Nick and Michael who arranged numerous viewings and arrange these to suit my schedule as I was working from home. There were several viewings and I feel that my property got great attention from the agents which resulted in numerous offers and helping us agree a sale very quickly. Nick was always available to give advice on the best offer based on the buyers position and I feel that as a client he always looked after my best interests. Even after the sale, communication was excellent and Laura provided great assistance in dealing with solicitors and other parties to help us achieve our desired completion date. They rung up and I had mistaken them for the worst estate agent I had dealt with and throughout my ranting they were professional courtious and kind, not like other agents. It’s easy to see why Stewart Estate Agents are so popular with home sellers. They really take customer service and sales to the next level. Firstly we were extremely impressed by the high quality brochure which was produced and the marketing on property websites and social media.
