GoogleThese aren't any estate agents, they are THE estate agents you want to buy or sell from, genuinely in a class of their own!!! After spending a long time searching the property market and being perpetually disappointed by very poor service from other agents, it was like a breath of fresh air when I met Barbara. From the very beginning she was completely invested in my property search and worked above and beyond to help my find my dream home! Julie, her colleague, was amazing too!! Often estate agents are found to be untrustworthy and unhelpful, not these girls!! A fabulous pair of professionals that work 24/7, bringing a vast array of experience, honesty and integrity to the table. I cannot thank them enough and would have no qualms in recommending these to any one looking to sell or buy property.

GoogleWe recently bought a home with the sale marketed and conducted by locale! From initial contact to sale completion was only 2 months in total. We dealt predominantly with Julie however I had occasion to speak with Barbara also. Both of these ladies were knowledgeable, supporting and helpful. Swift mediation by Julie and regular correspondence made our transaction seamless and just over two months later I am being drowned by carpet samples and paint colours! Highly recommended and would certainly seek out their services to do any future business. A breath of fresh air in what I find to be a somewhat disappointing service industry around the Moira area!

GoogleIt was a big decision to sell our first home after almost 15 years, but the best decision was choosing Locale!! Barbara's friendly, personal and professional approach was highly appreciated, she spent considerable time getting to know the house and us. Both Barbara and Julie since our initial valuation right through to move day have been very proactive and continued to keep in touch.
