GoogleWe had the worst experience with Locale Moira today. My husband and I were sale agreed on a property in Moira and called us a few days later to tell us that they had accepted another offer without consultation. They do not protect at all the buyer. They were very apologetic but that does not get our time or solicitors fees back.
Aww Frida and Ryan, Julie and I fully feel and understand your disappointment, I can assure you that we take no pleasure whatsoever in what has happened. In our defence I must explain that we are legally bound by the 1979 Estate Agents Act to show total transparency to our vendors, we cannot under any circumstance hide or misrepresent any information pertaining to the sale of their property. We do sincerely hope that you find your future home in Moira, and indeed we would still love to be part of that process and if you wish we will still endeavour to help you with your search to find a new home. Best wishes Barbara and Julie
