I made a good offer on a property in Launceston, showed them proof of funds and ID and patiently waited for the vendors reply, only to be contacted by the agent by phone 3 days later saying they wanted personal details about me, my life and my family. Intrusive, inappropriate and rude. I am waiting for their privacy policy disclosure statement. I would not use them or trust them again.

GoogleProfessional agency. Did a good job, sold the house. Good job on the photos, and the video of the house (which not all agents do) is a plus and makes the house layout easier to understand. The staff were all fine and I found Christopher Wise in particular came across as professional, smart and trustworthy. Can't think of any negative points off the top of my head - I just don't give our many 5* unless something is truly exceptional but it was nearly a 5*. They are not the cheapest but value for money seems good as they are an above average agent.
