GooglePointer Properties are a professional, reliable, trust worthy and friendly property letting and management independent business based in Minehead. Jo and her team assisted me in relocating from the Highlands and more recently relocating closer to my business in Devon. I could not recommend them highly enough.

FacebookSimply the BEST estate agents in Minehead. Jo and her team work tirelessly to give the most dedicated professional service I have ever received. From the rental of my property to the time I decided to sell it, encountering all sorts of problems along the way due to the leasehold but Jo just didn't give up, chasing solicitors etc. She went above and beyond to make it happen. Thank you! Niki & Rod

GoogleI'm a new tenant with Pointer Properties and have been very impressed and reassured by their professionalism and service, since first finding me my perfect new home through to the very speedy application process and smooth completion, and all done in the middle of lock down. As a tenant, I have real peace of mind that any needs or requests will be promptly and competently responded to. Thanks Jo and Heather!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

FacebookEasily the best estate agent in Minehead, from a renters view. Great to deal with, no ridiculous hidden costs. The next best thing to renting privately. Wish we were still renting through Pointers now.

GoogleMy particular estate agent was very keen to draw me in, however the knowledge of the property was poor when i first looked around, and the service throughout my year of tenancy has been atrocious. Requests of mine were acknowledged and then completely disregarded. Take for instance, the water rates are ridiculous unless you are on a meter (i was a single occupant with low usage but paying £50 a month!..) therefore i was obviously keen to have a meter fixed. I left it with my estate agent to ensure that a water meter is fitted but not a thing was ever done about it, costing me in excess of £200 in money that i could have saved if i had a meter fitted. Not Happy!..

FacebookAll the staff and management are extremely helpful and efficient. As a landlord, Pointers have let and managed several properties for us and we have found that the service has gone above and beyond at times what is expected from an agent. Not living in the locality it has been important to be able to put our trust in the management of Pointer Properties. I would recommend using this company******

Google47 reviews and only 2 bad reviews Pointers? No business is that good. The number of reviews here from people with one review on their account make it extremely obvious what is going on here. We'll see how long this comment stays on here. Some of the staff at this branch have a shocking attitude.
