Pointer Properties Minehead reviews

Moving from Hereford to the lovely Minehead was a huge life event for me, one I didn’t think would stick but I instantly fell in love with Minehead and I knew I had to make Minehead my new home. When on the search for an Estate Agent, I spoke to local friends and colleagues and 95% of them recommended Pointer Properties. I was told “Pointer Properties is one of, if not the best in Minehead” and they were not wrong in slightest. From dealing with Jo at all of my viewings to Heather during the legal process to Rob with the check in/handover, every single one of them have been fantastic. They all really know their stuff and are definitely in the correct line of work. They have all made my transition and move the easiest it could have ever been. I look forward to my future in Minehead, in my new property. It was only a little something, but, I hope you enjoy your biscuits. I thank you all so so much from the bottom of my heart!🩷

I appointed Pointer Properties to manage my Minehead rental house for me when I moved overseas, and I simply cannot imagine anyone could have done a better job. They answered queries promptly, managed my tenants perfectly, took care of maintenance and repairs for me, and honestly, they saved my sanity. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Was very satisfied by dealing with them Especially Jo and Heather was very gentle and genuine in their dealings. No cheekiness or crookedness in their business dealings. Was open and transparent. Thank you Jo and Heather for making situations very stress free. Well guess that's what we get in decent business dealings. Cheers !

Pointer Properties Independent Sales and Letting Agent in the southwest. If you are looking for the best, then look no further. I have been fortunate to have undertaken the entire process from viewing to tenancy with the Pointer’s team. Their valued support continues also through the management of the residence on behalf of the landlord. The team; Jo, Heather and Rob are professional, friendly, and efficient. Offering guidance and support as and when required, be it over the telephone, e-mail or in person, making the process to tenancy and the continued relationship easy and supportive. Whatever service you require from Pointers Properties, I believe it will be delivered in the same professional, friendly, and efficient manner. I cannot recommend them enough and look forward to many years with them.

I would highly recommend Pointer properties. They are by far the most efficient letting agents in the area. Within hours of me putting my property with them, Jo had suitable people to view it. She didn't just select anyone, she was very particular with her selection process. Jo was also incredibly helpful and supportive when the time came when I needed another tenant. Once again Pointers service was impeccable. Thank you Jo and to your team.

After discovering two months before Christmas that my rental property of 10 years had been sold I was notified by my current estate agent that I had to depart the property within 2 months, no later the the 23rd December. As you could imagine this was somewhat of a stressful time and with very limited rental availability in the local area at that time panic undoubtedly set in. Whilst the search for my new home began I persistently scoured the internet and visited every local estate agent in Minehead, some of which were helpful but sadly most of which including my previous estate agent fell short of any level of service you would come to expect. Thankfully their was an exception to my experiences, an estate agent that from the first foot through the door offered the warmest of welcomes and and alleviated any stresses through empathy, understanding and more importantly a strong desire to help. They listened to my property needs and requirements and reassured me that they would do everything they could to help. In just under four weeks the team informed me that they had found me my ideal property, whilst viewing the property what struck me the most was the warm and friendly interaction Jo had with the current tenants. Also the property was indeed ideal. Fast forward to today, I have just signed for my new home with a moving day next week just in time for Christmas. None of which would have been possible without Heather who has gone above and beyond what anyone could ever of expected working tirelessly to put everything in place to allow us to move home. The team at Pointer Properties are exceptional at what they do and wish them all the best and whole heartedly thank the for everything they have done.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We switched to Pointer Properties to sell our house recently when we felt we were not getting what we wanted from one of the bigger players and I am so glad that we did. Obviously we found a buyer quickly but more to the point, Jo and the team were on the ball at every step of the way, often contacting us with a status update before anyone else. This was the first time we have ever felt that an estate agent deserved every penny rather than just being someone you have no real choice but to use and we would use them again without hesitation.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I chose Jo from Pointers as l just had a gut feeling about her. I'm so glad l did as she has been brilliant and saw me through several meltdowns and was always so helpful and supportive. Not all estate agents bear in mind what a stressful business selling a house can be (especially when its complicated, like ours was.) She is also extremely efficient and knowledgeable, but all the staff at Pointers are too!

We have found Pointers to be excellent. We had never rented out a property before, and they were a first class introduction to it. Not only do they deal consistently well with the tenants, but the tradespeople they use to maintain our rented property are of such a high standard that we now use some of them ourselves on our own home. I would unreservedly recommend anyone thinking of renting out to use Pointers.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
