Vicki was amazingly accommodating by going above and beyond her duties for our viewing, which we are most indebted for. Taylor (yes that right, am not making it up) of Taylors is charming and informative, keeping us updated through the whole process and providing myself and my wife peace of mind. Lauren friendliness made us feel welcomed when picking up the keys. We were given a wonderfully lovely Welcome to Your New Home Gift Box that contained several delightful treats. Absolutely the worst estate agent I have ever used! They are only professional when they stand to get commission out of you upon renting a property. I rented a flat in watford from Feb 22 to Jan 23 & in the beginning, they bent over backwards to make sure I rented the property & kept asking me for google reviews. I dealt with Jonathan Blye initially. When my tenancy was due to come to an an end, they then became aggressive & incredibly unprofessional. It is clear that when there is no commission to be made, all humanity goes out the window!!!I was given no notice for when the property was put back on the market. Jonathan claimed he had spoken to me to advise me of the updates & and viewings, but he definitely had not. As he then realised he made a mistake, instead of saying sorry - he then went on to verbally abuse & patronise me because the times he had organised without my consent for viewings did not suit. I complained to head office after he put the phone down on me & was verbally abusive to the point I was left in tears. Head office did nothing & refused to take the matter further. I was simply told that they would deal with it in house which in other words means, they will do nothing!Saqab Rafiq then took over the viewings who was just as bad! He arranged viewings with possible tenants & simply turned up with them at the door without notifying me whenever he felt like it! There was no 24-hour hour notice & pleaded at the door to be let in. He also informed me that he had heard the conversation between me & Jonathan & told him it was wrong but that I would never receive an apology. The deposit was the final nail in the coffin as they held onto it unnecessarily. I waited the contractual 10 days after I left the property early to help them out and heard nothing! I had to hound them via email on numerous occasions. They blamed the landlord for the delay, which was a complete lie as i had to contact her myself for proof. I then received it 28 days after I had left the property. They are a bunch of budget cowboys, to say the least, and they need shutting down! DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH OR COMPANY!!!!!

He sold our house in 2 days and helped facilitate us finding our new home within the same week, also through Taylors (Stony Stratford branch). GoogleBrilliant service from taylors👍👍👍.Ankit the taylors agent was great phoned us up the day the house came in, and we bought it in 10 minutes, spent his time checking we we ok and during the process he was attentive and at the end of the phone for questions. 5 stars we are so grateful , finally a great estate agent😀😀😀😀Highly recommend Paul and michelle

I am one of those landlords who feel totally let down by Taylors for not informing their customers about the proposal at Victoria Wharf to ascertain support for RTM. If my wife wasn't on Facebook, we would have no idea that such an important change was being considered. I've emailed Taylors three times, and phoned them twice and have yet to get a response from anyone. First call, no answer, second call no answer, left voicemail requesting a call back. That was four days ago, and still no response. Not only are they failing their customers by not informing them of this proposed fundamental change to how our apartments are managed, they are also displaying a shocking level of customer service and complete disregard in not responding to enquiries on this matter.

Worst management and money eaters, fake, scam, plesse avoid Stevenage taylors. I have given my property to let and manage to Stevenage Taylors, oh my God, they looted me almost every now and then. Many hidden charges and when I ask to end the contract they asking me £720 and 6 months notice. This is absolute loot. Now Iam end up with nowhere, I may go legal action against them. Same thing their sales team did to me when I put my property for sale last year which they signed trapped me and signed solo contract. Finally they did not sold the property and because of solo contract, i stuck with Taylors. This is illegal. They have many hidden charges mentioned in the tiny words in contract which nobody reads and they just taking advantage of that. Their manager in stevenage office is so rude, and he literally shouting on the call and didn't even listen to me. As a owner of the property, I gave them business but they don't care, they just finding ways to grab money from you. Every now and then their management company send email to ask money to do some work in the property. Literally I'm spending more money than getting rental income because of choosing such scam estate agent.Please avoid this agent. There are many other good property agents around.

Absolutely shocking estate agents I phoned up on Friday to arrange a viewing for a property in Kerry close on Tamworth drive ramleaze I did not receive a confirmation. I phoned this morning and denied all knowledge that i even phoned on Friday morning and it was the same person who i spoke too (I do have recordings from my phone as evidence) the person who I spoke to again confirmed for an appointment for today at 3.30 and will go me back as there is tenants in the property. No Phone call and no email. DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENTS THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY HAVE LET ME DOWN AVOID AVOID AVOID

Awful company left us with huge parking debt of over £800. They issued us with a incorrect parking permit and then decided to denie it despite emails and letters confirming they issued it. We went to court and judge agreed with us that Taylors were wrong. 2.5 years of stress! No sorry from the local letting agents or compensation. We also had ongoing damp issues and leak again ignored and calls and emails never read or responded too. Bad communication. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Incident location. Gloucester Gloucestershire England

Taylors Northampton happy to rent out a property in kettering that it turns out every tenant left within a year because of no insulation and can't afford to heat however many oil heaters you use - turns out the rats got cold and ate their way inside - they soon left because its so cold. Even the letting agent who attended to see rat hole said its warmer outside! 3 months of no action despite rat faeces, tenant left for health reasons - taylors were aware of, guess what , its been relet within days after the rat hole filled with expanding foam & painted over. There is a formal complaint being made for negligence. Genuinely hope nobody from the taylors families ever need to rely on such poor service providers. You should be ashamed trying to cover your tracks, especially you Helen, never answered an emergency call but fired off hope your happy with repairs when tenant had left???? And no I am not the tenant

GoogleWe used Taylor’s in Wolverton to sell our house and I cannot recommend them enough! Ankit was fantastic, sold our house in one weekend and updated us with every step until we completed. As first time sellers the experience was daunting but Ankit was so helpful with every part that it was easy.

Spent a year in a house share where they did nothing to remove an awful tenant who stole food and caused aggravation that several had to leave early. The cleaners they had come in stole equipment and didnt do a bloody thing Have the nerve to confirm that my balance was clear and then try and take rent arrears from the account.

So I was looking to sell my property and was sold bag of lies from these jokers at Taylor’s estate agents.•Customer service skills from Luton branch staff were non existent.•The marketing manager ADAM Bolton who signed us up told us lies regarding the contract just to get us signed in and after said he did say those things just 2 days after! SHOCKING •Advertising was shambles, spelling mistakes, •Actual viewing that was scheduled on agent showed up at all and no apology. So no thank you I will take my business else where. Just guys are jokers and I wud recommend you use another agents.!

Yet another great service from the lettings team. Vienna & Lesley have been persistent and professional throughout. The covid impact has left me rather downbeat but the ladies have been optimistic ad continued forward, and their tenacity paid off. As I have come to expect (im spoilt now) they go above my expectations, which is very reassuring and comforting. Vienna is a great asset to the team and is always on hand - Lesley has built up a great team! I highly recommend!!!

5 stars doesn't do David, Katie and the team at Taylors in Swindon justice, David was an absolute legend when it came to letting my house out, no only did he take excellent photographs, full listing details, my property went on their website on a Friday and Monday morning I had a call to say a Let had been agreed, rent payments have been on time every month, any questions I've had have been answer quickly.When we came to list my wife's house ready for our move we went straight to David, I didn't think it was possible to beat last time but they had a let agreed the same day we instructed them.David should be well on the way to winning Letting Agent of the year (if such a thing exists!)If your considering letting out your home - use Taylor's it's as simple as that!

I’ve signed up for full letting management of my property, while working away, through Countrywide (actually Taylor’s in Gloucester, who come under Countrywide). Useless.They have to be prompted to do even the most basic things such as arranging for safety certificates, property checks etc.The full management service is supposed to come with a web portal for landlords. Never updated.Nobody answers the phone at the branch. Nobody replies to emails. When trying to contact the tenancy renewals team, the automated system sends you on a seemingly endless loop (“Press 1 for renewals” end up being passed straight back to menu options)Never update their internal system, so if you do get hold of someone they never know what’s happening. Paperwork has been lost. Instructions never followed.I have no idea what they do. Absolutely useless.

We listed a property with the kingswood estate agents who advised to put it on as an auction. The original value of the property was set at £210,000. Within a month of the property being listed the auctioneer was already trying to drop the price of the property by £40,000 to £170,000. We were not happy about this as it had hardly been on the market for a while and didn't want to lose that much value in that short of a time. We asked that the property be relisted normally and not on auction which Taylors advised they would do. 6 weeks later we get a message from Taylors stating they'd had no interest and to request we drop the price again at which point we checked the advert online to find out they were still advertising the property on as auction and had no changed it as requested. We were pretty annoyed about this and asked that they remove it from listing and we would go elsewhere as they had made a complete mess of trying to sell our property. This is also an ex rental property so it is costing us money to hold onto it empty. We contacted Upstix which is a cash buyer to see if we can get a cash offer and quick sale on the property. As part of their checks for some reason they used Taylors Kingswood to get a valuation who valued the property to them at £150,000 meaning that we then had a cash offer back of £115,000. So not content with messing up our listing and sale the kingswood office was then complicit in trashing the value of the property after we left!!!!!! I have never in my life dealt with such an incompetent estate agents. One that not only advises customers wrong, but then can't even do a simple thing as to update an advert when request and then goes and trashes the value of a property after the client leaves them through their own incompetence. It's disgusting and they should all be ashamed!
