Me and my wife recently bought a property via Elevation and we were impressed by the way they went above and beyond to help us get the purchase pushed through. Would like to give a special mention to Taurus Mills who sold us the property and facilitated a second visit and to Terry Bulley who worked tirelessly to communicate with the seller to ensure everything went smoothly and address our constant questions. GoogleMy Girlfriend and I were looking for somewhere to rent and after looking at several properties without success we came across a flat advertised by Elevation on right move. The viewing appointment was at a good time for both of us and Lewis showed us around the flat but also kindly showed us around other flats in the block as it was a brand new building. Lewis couldn’t have been more helpful and patient as we wanted to view most of them. We submitted an application and the application was dealt with very professionally. We got to offered the flat and from start to finish from application to moving in was a stress free process. Lewis was really helpful and answered all questions we had and kept us informed all the way through. I would definitely recommend Elevation as we have had no issues whatsoever. If you are lucky enough to deal with Lewis then that will be a bonus.

GoogleOverall I've been very happy with elevation estate agents. Jacob was very friendly and helpful when showing me around flats and handling my move in. The flat I moved into is lovely and very well cared for. Elevation use online services (Goodlord, Tili) to handle things like sorting out contracts, bill setup etc which I personally thought streamlined the process. Email responses could occasionally take a bit of time but I always got the help I needed in the end especially if I rang up. I'd definitely recommend elevation and am very happy I went with them for my move.

GoogleMy experience of working with Elevation Estate Agents has generally been very positive. Initially working with the sales team and later working with the lettings team I experienced highly organised, driven, and professional staff.
Both Amy and Terry were very helpful and knowledgeable on the sales side and ultimately got the job done very quickly. Freya, Jacob and the team were also very efficient when tasked with finding a tenant and getting the property prepped prior to move in date.

Our experience with Elevation as tenants has been a complete disaster. Elevation is a waste of time, they are useless, they do not answer emails, they do not address your problems, when they answer something, they omit the most important things ...
If I had to choose the most incompetent team I've encountered in my life, this has been Elevation and especially Bev.
On the other hand they skip the law with a multitude of things.
