GoogleWe had a great experience renting through Bush & Co in Cambridge. Sarah and the team were always professional, responsive, and helpful throughout our tenancy. Whenever we had questions or needed guidance, they were approachable and quick to assist. We especially appreciated the practical advice they provided on maintaining the property and keeping everything in good condition. Overall, a very supportive and reliable letting agent. We would happily recommend them to others.

GoogleBrilliant company, I can only recommend them. They have been managing the property we rented for the last 6 years, and they have always been very helpful. If we had any issues, we always knew we can rely on Bush and they will ensure that the problem is fixed as soon as possible. Also every person we met from the agency were super nice and helpful, it feels like a close-knit team, who are always there for each other and for the clients.

GoogleI left of a view on the sales part of bushnco. They are the worst estate agents you can ever use. They told me it has a ccj and I didn't and I reiterated multiple times that I didn't have a ccj. I even paid for a credit report and it said I didn't know had no county court judgement so they basically lied to the landlord and in the pub and then it fell through and now we're homeless and we have 2 days to try and find another property avoid at all costs

GoogleGreat experience as a tenant. Personal feel, and an actual sense a care. Always very quick to answer any queries and offer help and get the problem sorted so quickly and professionally. Vincent, Rosie and the team were excellent! Thank you to you all. I wish we could all rent via Bush and Co

GoogleWe’ve been renting our apartment through this agency for a year now and we honestly couldn’t be happier with their service. From day one, they have been incredibly friendly, professional and genuinely caring. They always reply to our emails right away and never make us feel like any question or issue is too small. Whenever sth comes up in the apartment, they handle everything quickly and efficiently. Their support has given us real peace of mind, which is so important when you’re renting a home. Because we had some very negative experience with the previous agents of our flat, the difference with this team feels even more noticeable. Most of our communication is with Becci, who is absolutely wonderful! She is always sweet, patient and eager to help

GoogleExcellent customer service. Sally and the team are very professional and human. They go above and beyond to ensure that tenants and landlord are looked after. Were my agents for 5 years and thoroughly recommend their services to any prospective tenants or landlords in Cambridge. By far the best agent I have ever dealt with.

GoogleReasonably professional management company. Didn't seem to have keys to perform the viewings recently but overall quite good. Issues were fixed reasonably quickly so no complaints.

They helped me secure a great property at an affordable price, and every time I’ve had an issue, it’s been resolved within 24 hours. They are always responsive, communicative, and supportive. GoogleReally good experience with Bush & co. Rosie is really helpful with all the our queries and with the tenancy application. Great local knowledge too which is super helpful as we are new to the area.

GoogleIt's been a great experience renting with Bush, which is a very rare thing in Cambridge. They are professional and prompt to act, with a human touch of consideration. Our property manager Alex was very helpful, even in the end when it was proving difficult for me to find a new accomodation. Would highly recommend, they're the best IMHO.

GoogleNot a particularly good first experience with Bush Lettings. Having gone to visit a property with multiple rooms to let and providing ample income proof, a guarantor if required and the offer to pay six months up front, I was told that my application had been unsuccessful due to someone else having a higher income. Couldn't this always be the case, and therefore most letting companies go on a first come first serve basis, rather than income amounts? It felt as though they had overbooked viewings so that they had plenty of options, meaning even if you were eligible, someone else could have preferable credentials. It was in all, a complete waste of time and money i.e. travelling, viewing, referencing. Be sure to check the landlord's hidden criteria and terms (not listed on the letting advert) before travelling to a property.
We would like to sincerely apologise if you feel that your time was wasted. We are very mindful with how many viewings we book in and try to accommodate everyone's wishes. Owners particularly at the moment are spoilt for choice with often many very good applicants for their property. The final decision lies totally with the owner and we take our instruction from them. We try above all to be fair to everyone but the market at the moment is very difficult and the demand for properties very high. We again apologise and hope you can understand.

GoogleA very professional and friendly team from beginning to end. I interacted with at least 5 members of the letting team during my tenancy and any concerns, queries or communication were dealt with swiftly and efficiently by all. Always keeping me updated regularly through any process. Very approachable and showed warmth, compassion and consideration at every turn - very refreshing in the property world these days ! I would not hesitate to return to them should I find myself back in the area and wish them all the best for the future. Thank you for making the letting experience positive Bush&Co!

GoogleOne of the bests, if not the best, letting agency in Cambridge. They respond to calls and emails, and their procedures are clear and transparent. They have been very helpful and supportive throughout my first month of renting. I'd like to thank especially Becci, who is excellent at her job and has helped me with a variety of issues, making my settling in to the new flat much easier.

GoogleBush and Co are the most empathetic and human estate agents I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. No other estate agent in Cambridge has ever demonstrated a willingness to prioritise the wellbeing of the tenants they work with than these guys. I am immensely grateful for all the work they do-you cannot do better than Bush and Co when it comes to being a tenant, this is from someone who has rented through most major estate agents in Cambridge. These guys are compassionate, thoughtful and caring in every fibre of their service, they are without a doubt the best and a real beacon of humanity in what is usually a fairly vampiric industry.

GoogleBush lettings was by far the best agency I used in the UK. Alexandra and also Sarah who I dealt at the end of the tenancy were true example of great professionals that often lacks in this industry. Bush lettings is a very professional, friendly and organised agency and I really had the best experience while renting a property for over 3 years with them. I highly recommend Bush Lettings to anyone seeking for a stress free-tenancy and fair treatment.
