After choosing West Wales Properties to sell our property in Milford we Couldn’t have been more impressed with the whole process. From the initial meeting with Graham to set the sale price and marketing I was impressed at how well Graham knew the local market and very pleased with the suggested asking price which was at the top end of my expectation. All during the process to completion communications were excellent, any queries responded to swiftly. What I thought was really impressive was the feedback on viewings which was usually the same day and as the property was vacant and we were not based in Milford it kept us fully up to speed with the process. Also once the offers were coming in we were given good guidance on how we should respond considering how the market was performing and this I felt allowed us to achieve the full asking price. Graham and his colleagues in the Milford office then worked hard to successfully complete the sale. We were pleased we chose West Wales and would definitely use their services again. I approached West Wales Properties after our first choice of estate agent gave poor service and just two viewings in six months. Graham and Alison arrived promptly from the Milford Haven office to discuss valuation and sale of the property and were well informed about the local property market, very professional, positive and enthusiastic with pleasant disposition. The property was placed on the market with minimum delay and a number of viewings with feed-back soon followed. An offer was made and accepted but later withdrawn. Disappointing but Graham and Sean were on hand to advise and support and their perseverance resulted in completion of a sale and satisfied buyer and seller. Slightly less realised than valuation and fees not the lowest but staff knowledgeable, efficient and effective and they project the right image. Excellent service.

Great service Sold our house in just under 6 months Plenty of viewings although some times wasters but I think that probably goes with the territory.of selling a house . Lydia Evans took control of selling our home towards the end of the 6 months and I have to say she was amazing. She fed back to us frequently,was efficient and lovely to talk to. Only young but don’t be put off,she’s great at her job and does it with ease and as if she has many more years experience . A valued member of the team I’m sure . Well done West Wales and in particular Lydia,we are now in the property of our dreams and couldn’t be happier thanks to you selling our old home ! !

Highly recommended. Hayley completed the initial valuation and suggested that the house would sell better if the detached garage and house were separated into two lots.
