GoogleWhat a fantastic experience we've had! Jake and Georgina have been amazing to us, we had a very bad experience with a different local company and this was completely different. We went in store and met with Georgina she was so helpful and informative and found us several properties to view. Viewing the properties we met with Jake he was friendly, very knowledgeable and answered all questions we had. Also we spoke with the in-house mortgage advisor Elliott who was also super helpful. All in all a very professional and friendly run estate agency, if we ever look to sell we know straight where we're going!

GoogleNever replied to emails. Photographs were dreadful. I took my own and emailed them asking for a change. False promises. Cancelled my contract with them within the seven working day cooling off period. I explained I wasn't happy with their service. They weren't interested.

GoogleMy partner and I recently bought our first house through John Francis and got the keys yesterday!! Out of the three main people I had to speak to, mortgage advisor, solicitors and John Francis, john Francis was the best and most responsive. They helped so much even though our purchase got a bit mad, but I could always count on them to help throughout the purchase. Everyone at the agency helped out but thank you especially to Lily and Sam as they worked wonders! Thank you so much ladies 💜

GoogleIm Not one for posting reviews but in this case i felt i just had to. Sam Oaten really did make our dream come true! we found our forever house on John Francis Website which caused a hugh panic as we had not sold our house at the time. Sam marketed our house quickly and professionally and actually got it sold within just a week making it possible to proceed with purchasing our dream home. Both the sale and purchase went through without any hitches apart from solicitors playing up a bit which was nothing to do with john francis. So! as far as recommending John Francis Milford haven! its a big 100% yes from me. thank you guys your the best.. Roger Morgan.
