Fantastic team @ John Francis. I was needing to find a suitable detached property, and after the failed attempts at trying to buy the house I had been renting for the past 6 years, I found an ideal place with John Francis, via modern auction. Compared to the stress and frustration that came with the other property I was in at the time, Shannon and team were Absolutely awesome, and made everything a breeze. Since moving in around 3 months ago, the property has undergone some rapid changes thanks to all the help from my amazing family.

We have been searching for our new home in Wales for 6 months. We've come across a few different estate agents. Some ok, some not so and some excellent. John Francis falls into the excellent category. I first dealt with Shannon when she helped us with a viewing in Haverford West. Unfortunately the property wasn't suitable. Fast forward some.months and Shannon was there again when we viewed the house we are now hoping to buy She is so kind, professional, accommodating and was genuinely thrilled we'd found the one. What an amazing team! I found Jake and the team highly professional and helpful in every aspect of the sale of my house and they even supported me through buying my new house even though it was not on with them, Jake kept me sane when dealing with problems with other estate agents and solicitors. If it wasn't for Jake I think I would have been very stressed. The team were always available, open and answered any queries, constantly keeping me up to date with weekly phone calls and check ins. The experience as a whole has been a very positive one. I showed interest In multiple properties and once I had my enquires, theywere dealt with by the branch manager, Chloe. She took my interest to the vendors of the properties I was interested in and came back with lots of options to view that same day. Georgina was the agent who showed us round and again this was a pleasant experience. She seemed to know much about each of the vendors, and had a very honest answer to any question we asked her which was very important for us to make our decision. Furthermore the aftercare was thorough which consisted of followup calls / appointment offers and information packs which we could refer to in our own time. Above all else in our whole buying experience, I would choose john Francis over their competitors every time thanks to how easy they have made the process for us so far. No complaints for their customer service.
