Googlethis is a very difficult, non-user-friendly and unnecessarily time-consuming app. with very poor accessibility if you have any difficulty operating a smart phone. the process and document uploads required would be far easier/quicker if there was a computer desktop version of the app.

GoogleI found the app was unable to cope with my circumstances. 2Mb document upload limit is too small. Poorly designed and implemented. The app has too many steps/prompts for each task. It makes illogical requests and is overly intrusive. I do not recommend this app.
