Very helpful and efficient service; staff kept us up to date at all times. As the sale was following a bereavement, this efficiency was very much appreciated.

If you want to use the best estate agent in the area then look no further. These guys are incredible, they go above and beyond, are always there when you need them and are fantastic communicators. They knew everything about the house we viewed (and subsequently bought) - questions which other estate agents all met with “I don’t know” and a shrug of the shoulders. They never seemed like anything was too much trouble and were polite and respectful. I’ve used 4 other locations estate agents and no one even came close to being as good as Sam Chivers. I won’t ever be using anyone else. Truly outstanding.

Purchased through Sam, would recommend them to sellers as they are good. Willing do viewings suit the buyer, and a great team in the office who cover for one another so we were always able to get answers and updates throughout the purchase.

As far as I could tell, property search doesn't really allow for specific searches. Or to choose to NOT view Sold STC properties.

Not recommended for sellers. They are only interested in selling fast and cheap and not getting the best price for the vendor. Anyone can undersell a house.

After speaking to the estate agent, I understand that they are following tight procedures due to lockdown and they are required to ensure you can proceed with purchasing any property that you view.
