Scott and the team at Kilgour looked after us fantastically from start to finish. The communication on viewings and guidance on staging the house was great. Really friendly service. Kilgour were always at the other end of the phone when we had any questions. You felt like it was VIP treatment rather than being just another house in the portfolio. Would highly recommend.

Amazing service from Scott and everyone at Kilgour. Explained everything clearly from start to finish and everything was done exactly as promised. Communication throughout was excellent. Kilgour provided us such a quick turnaround from engaging with them to getting the house on the market and then sold after being in the market for 24 hours. From the initial contact the house was sold within 2 weeks.

From the first initial consultation with Scott to the final call he was absolutely brilliant. So much knowledge and advice without it feeling like he was telling you what to do. Between him and Jay they both kept in regular contact to ensure you knew what was going on and were never left guessing throughout the period of sale. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Kilgour if I ever need to in future.

Always just a call away and they go above and beyond to help you. No matter what was happening Scott or Jay would follow up with a call and make sure you were happy. We have used them twice now and wouldn’t consider using any other Property Company. Within 6 days of putting an offer in on another house Scott & Jay had our house surveyed, photographed and on the market and it sold within 4 days! First class service!
