As a local, small agency, they offered a genuinely personal service that you just don't always get with larger companies. Maria and Richard were brilliant at arranging our house viewings and kept us well informed throughout, while Scott was there every step of the way and always on hand to answer any questions or queries we had. The communication, professionalism and personal touch were excellent, and we always felt like we were in safe hands. Great experience with Scott and Kilgour Property!

My property recently sold through Kilgour Property Ltd as part of an Easymover scheme. I knew straight away when Scott came through the door that he would handle the sale of my property with compassion and kindness, rather than being part of a big sales operation. This is exactly what happened - Scott was my point of contact throughout the process, keeping me closely informed of what was happening. In fact, I was on the market exactly one week from a viewing to making a sale (and only had one viewing). This is testamant to the high quality service offered by Kilgour Property Ltd both to sellers and buyers. From the first meeting with Scott from Kilgours, we knew he was the right person to help with the sale of our house. His knowledge and expertise was second to none, match that with his bubbly personality and passion for his work, it was a winning combination. Between him, Richard and Maria, we were kept updated at all times and no question was too small or pointless. They even done viewings for us while we were on holiday. They gave us brilliant advice when needed and really helped take the stress out of the whole process. It even got to a point where I think I spoke to Scott more than I spoke to my husband. Can’t thank the team enough

We were tenants in a property managed by Kilgour for a year. Keith, Karen and Laura were so lovely, and we had a really great experience from the first viewing right through to our final inventory walk through. When there were repairs needed (both in our flat and in communal areas) Keith organised them really quickly and kept us in the loop. From my first meeting with Scott at Kilgour I was sold . The team have been amazing throughout this stressful process with a special mention to Jay who has been incredibly supportive and great at keeping me up to date with the entire process.
