Karl helped us to find our perfect family home, by far the best estate agents I have delt with. Karl was at our beck and call 24 hours a day and couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The service offered with Jackson-Stops felt like a bespoke personal estate agent service far above your standard estate agent.

Outstanding - Effective, proactive and professional

Jackson-Stops Newmarket office handled the sale of my mother's house for us. The property is unusual and they identified the key distinctive features, advised a well-pitched price and produced a beautiful comprehensive brochure generating even more serious interest than we hoped for. These are not easy times for the housing market but the service we received was positive and professional throughout, entirely on top of the details of the property and the negotiations. The team anticipated challenges with sound advice and understanding. Every enquiry and call was handles with admirable promptness and personal attention, steering the sale to a successful completion. We used the Jackson-Stops team in Shaftesbury to market our house recently and we are so glad we did. Their approach from start to finish was excellent in every way.We were particularly impressed by the care they took over the photographs and presentation of the house, and by the fact that the whole team came to see the house before it was listed, to ensure they all understood the property's features and selling points. James saved the day - and the home purchase!

We were buyers of a property listed by Jackson Stops. We experienced some uncertainty towards the end of the conveyancing process and were nervous that the entire sale would fall apart. Thankfully, the communication from James and Ria was positive, consistent, and of high quality. If James said he would contact me by the next morning with news, he did. the best estate agents around, truly a seamless and easy experience, moving/renting/referencing can be really stressful but the team make things really quick and stress free. the girl who moved me into my property is no longer with the company but the level of professionalism is still brilliant. i had a leak which was resolved really quickly, their communication with this issue and in general was 10/10.they really do set an example of how estate agents should be 👏🏼💘

Great customer service , very professional from start to finish. As recent buyers of a property in Midhurst we met and dealt with a number of J - S staff throughout the process and they were equally professional, friendly and understanding. Makes a nice change to phone up and speak to different members of staff where they are all informed and helpful. If leaving a message , they get back to you very promptly. Michelle was our negotiator / manager and she was superb , very supportive and couldn't do enough for us. We were overseas when buying so time differences etc added complications but Michelle helped us manage the whole process very smoothly.

Throughout the process of our sale, Jackson Stops wonderful Shaftesbury Team were at all times, responsive, constructive and extremely helpful wherever we had moments of doubt. In particular, at crucial moments in the sale they were able to 'helicopter' above the emotionality that inevitably accompanies a house sale or purchase and provide laser like advice which was so much appreciated.Another strong quality was the overlapping of the whole team with each knowing the others updates so that whoever answered the call or email, they were able to instantly respond.All the staff were unfailingly cheerful and courteous at all times and there was never a time when a call or email wasn't responded to.All in all, one of our best experiences todate and we would have no hesitation in recommending a would be buyer or seller to the JS Shaftesbury team led by James.

Review for Jackson StopsWell, not sure where to start but at first interaction I thought professional, credible and personable until we realised the game they were playing behind the scenes. We went through some negotiation with the seller, fine, get that this is part of the process. Our significantly above asking price offer was finally accepted, with a condition it was taken off the market. After three weeks, we asked if we could show ours kids around and so we did. Despite knowing we would do this, they had been negotiating with other offers and told us on Monday (3 weeks after our offer was accepted) that they had a formal offer through from another seller. Whilst I appreciate they have a legal right to do this, I think they have a moral obligation to let us know especially as we’re showing our kids around that weekend. They then asked us to go into a bidding war for a house we had already had an offer accepted for. They had said that the person had given a written offer which is bizarre considering they never asked us for anything in writing and my agent had advised to write in so they responded to our offer in the first place as communication with this agent was nonexistent! This shows how this company works - underhand and unprofessional

Friendly, practical, honest advice

Tracy and Anthony have been just great - very patient and understanding over the months we've been looking for just the right house. I never got the feeling that they were only after a sale, because I also found they were honest and informative, so that we were able to make the right decision based on facts as well as feelings.
