Their ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude has been fantastic and I would recommend them to everyone! Put an offer in above market value. The Estate agent at Ryder and Dutton Middleton told my husband our offer was rejected based on our age not affordability. This was told to my husband.so I rang up and the estate agent confirmed this and was laughing. When I explained we were already going ahead with another property anyway. But that his comments were in fact discrimination based on ageism not affordability. I am so glad I did not choose Ryder and Dutton to buy from or market my home. So they have failed to close two deals🤣 especially when a recession is around the corner. I would never use this company staff very rude glad I used a professional.

I have been able to trust their judgement and expertise in the matter of choosing tenants and assessing rents and on all matters involved with renting and tenants. I have always found that whichever department I have dealt with, the staff have been professional, knowledgable and very helpful. They have always been accessible and ready with advice.
