Shannon in particular was so so nice

Shannon in particular was so so nice. We were told at one point the house was unsellable, and as you can imagine we stressed out like mad people. Shannon didn’t once make us feel like unreasonable people - we were we really were. And for that alone we thank you. The rest of the team were just as helpful when stepping in on her days off. Now we’re back to feeling like the reasonable people normally are; we appreciate her calming manor even more. Thank you Shannon thank you so much x

Great experience.

Can't rate these guys highly enough. They helped me find and move into my home in just a few weeks. Paul was really helpful and attentive during the process, responding to any queries quickly, Freya was great during viewings, answering any questions or quickly finding answers if she didn't know. Had to pop by the office a few times and everyone was really helpful and friendly. Will definitely use them when I'm ready to look for my next home.

Veda was extremely helpful in every possible way throughout the buying process of my new home. She replied very quickly to my questions and enquiries, of which at times were quiet thorough. I also wanted to view the property on more than one occasion and she was very accommodating with dates and times that were available for myself to go and view. Buying a new house can be quite stressful but with her friendly quick responses to my questions, this helped to put my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend Ryder & Dutton as a estate agents 👍

Great Experience & Total Professionalism

We had a BTL property we wanted to sell in Huddersfield I contacted 3 local agents with a price in mind that we wanted to achieve. One came in lower, one came in ridiculously high and Ryder Dutton came in bang on the price we wanted but actually achieved £3,000 over the asking price. From the start of the sale procedure the professionalism was first class. Our sales negotiator Michelle Symonds was brilliant. I always had return calls, immediate email responses, she was on hand for any issue whatsoever and nothing was too much trouble. The sale went through in 10 weeks which is amazing in this current climate. Thanks for making the process so easy!

I was given a really short notice from my landlord to move out by October 1st. I was very devastated considering how difficult it is to rent an apartment nowadays. Great customer service! My chain was very slow due to having to wait for tenants to vacate my property, but Fleur kept in touch with me even when we were just waiting. And when everything finally started happening she was an invaluable point of call to get the other sides actually moving (they were definitely not as proactive). She always came back to me with updates and helped navigate any problems. She always put me at ease. The welcome gift with tea/coffee/biscuits etc was a really nice touch.
