GoogleGreat Agency, pleasure to do a great deal on my first house. Claudette Cole is a amazing person and very helpful. They are patient and also understand how frustrating last minute paperwork can be and very time consuming so just be honest and they will be more than happy to wait and help.

GoogleWe cannot thank the team at Ryder and Dutton enough for their help and support. The whole process is very new for us. Right from the start Michael and Lisa have put us at ease and been efficient, helpful and truly supportive. Within a week - our house was on the market and sold with excellent communication along the way. We are now in search of our forever home and valuing the regular updates, advice and support along the way. Genuinely wonderful service.

No messing around and got straight onto the case of all parties involved to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I also got £15,500 more than asking price. It's a shame there isn't more like this that put the commitment into there customers. 100% recommend I couldnt thank you enough 😊

GoogleFast, Informative, Friendly service with no jargon. 5 star service from start to finish with everything taken care of so I was able to sit back and not concern myself with the what to do next. Sarah & Ann liaise with the agents, banks and solicitors and keep you up to date with proceedings. Sarah even sent me email updates while she was on holiday which just shows her commitment and promise to get the end product over the line stress free. If you are in the position to seek mortgage advice or any other realm of financial commitment such as life insurance then definitely contact Sarah and Ann.

GoogleOur grandma chose Ryder and Dutton to sell her house as they had sold a number of other properties on her street. They arranged block viewings to cause her minimal upheaval and generate interest and were generally proactive in trying to attract a buyer. In my opinion they really came into their own when a sale was agreed, Lisa our sales negotiator was outstanding. She chased the solicitors in all parts of the chain on a weekly basis and couldn’t have been more helpful in progressing the sale and keeping us up to speed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them on her service alone - there may be cheeper ways to sell tour house but you really do get what you pay for.

GoogleFirst time selling, we chose Ryder & Dutton for two reasons the first was we purchased our property from them over 10 years ago and they were brilliant then, the second was the great reviews here. They are a little more expensive than other local agents and online agents but are by far worth every penny. After the initial valuation by Jake we were given all the information and he recommended an open viewing, pictures were promptly taken, the brochure was created and was excellent both online and glossy paper version. I was initially expecting all our interest to come from rightmove. Yes it was on rightmove but Ryder & Dutton's marketing list is large and we had a number of viewings the same day it went online (it takes a couple of days from listing to get live on rightmove). Their online marketing is brilliant. I as a seller could log in and keep track of the confirmed viewings. We where being looked after by Callum who was very professional and great at communicating with us at every steps of the way. We opted to leave them to manage the viewings and after an open house we had multiple offers and the property sold. Callum and Jake then kept me and my buyer up to date and we were in contact at least once a week. They also remained operational during COVID19 working from home and kept us informed throughout these unusual times. Even with everything going on communication was very prompt. It is clear their use of modern technology has kept them a step above the rest.

I recently rented a property for just over two years with the lettings side of Ryder and Dutton. Couldn't be more impressed. What few problems I did have with the property over the two years (minor electrical issues and the like) were dealt with expeditiously, usually via a local contractor with whom R+D would already have a relationship. Highly recommend if you're looking to move to an area that they cover!

Bought a house through Ryder & Dutton, actually completing tomorrow and they have been great, Amber showed us around the house and is lovely, helped us get our dream house. Geraldine has dealt with us once our offer got accepted and she liaised with both parties and our solicitors, chasing up what is happening and keeping us in the loop, really helpful and responded instantly when emailing with questions. Great experience and service.Also their recommended solicitors were top notch and have acted quickly on everything.
