GoogleWe secured a sale of our house after a number of attempts with other estate agents due in the main to the efforts of Cameron Cawte, Senior Sales Negotiator. From the moment he was assigned to our case he exhibited a friendly, professional and skilled approach not only to how he dealt with us but in his handling of prospective purchasers. He maintained contact, kept us up to date, upsold our property at each viewing and, at his suggestion to a proposective purchaser who was viewing another property, introduced our property resulting in an offer we found acceptable. He has maintained contact since and has assisted in making the process as smooth as possible. I cannot recommend him highly enough and thank him for his work on our behalf.

Very clear and efficient communication from beginning to end. Did a great job running a very smooth sale process despite the usual ups and downs. Gave good advice throughout and was very easy to deal with. Main contact was with Kia McGrath but whole team was excellent.

GoogleOverall a good experience, a minor issue at the start where there was incorrect information displayed about the room sizes on the property (down to sales) and if the market was not as buoyant it could have put some people off. Once we were into viewings things went smoothly and Claudette then handled the rest, I found here to be easy to work with and communication was good. Due to having what I perceive as the largest database and client list for this area I believe they are the go to estate agent when selling your property.

TrustpilotWhat one wants in a reliable letting agent.
I have been letting my property with Ryder and Dutton for the last 7 years. I find them thorough when vetting potential tenants. They do a good 6 monthly inspection of the property to ensure the tenants are looking after the property which gives me peace of mind. I would recommend them to any one looking for reliable letting agents

I've rented a property from Ryder & Dutton for 5 years. I waited for the roof to be fixed almost the entire time I have lived here.Every time I ring, there is a new person (because the last person left) that I have to explain everything to. Very slow to fix property issues, even spoke directly to the Landlord because things were not being done.

Professional pictures which sold the house really quickly. lovely, kind, efficient staff. The whole service was amazing from start to finish. Definitely worth the money.
