GoogleElizabeth was helpful with finalising the purchase price. I believe the initial price put on the house was higher than the condition of the property. The house was newly painted to cover up the fault.

Everything from initial contact to the valuation was completed professionally and in a friendly and non-pushy way. Details on the process were clearly explained and recommendations made to help for a successful sale. My house sold after the first viewing and I was provided with an excellent post-sale support with regular contact and progress updates throughout the conveyancing process.

I recently sold a property through Ryder and Dutton, the sale took a long time to complete, which was not anybody’s fault it was a series of unavoidable situations.However, I must say that the office was good and especially Geraldine Marsden, who took over the sale once a buyer had been found.One point that was so helpful was that Geraldine would contact me to say “ There’s no progress as yet, but I’m chasing it” This at least gave me the confidence that I had not been forgotten.Excellent service and thank you Geraldine.

As first time buyers we were new to EVERYTHING. Catherine was amazing for us throughout the whole process, I must of harassed her more than the usual buyers and she never once came across anything less than professional. Even after collecting the keys and the sale was complete she still was in hand to help me with some problems. Cannot thank her enough for helping us!

I originally used purple bricks but switched my sale over to Ryder and Dutton, what a difference a local estate agents makes. They put in a lot more work and effort. Our conveyancer Amy was brilliant, she contacted me regularly and kept me up to date every step of the way. I would 100% use again and recommend.
