I really cannot see how service could be improved. However being in a senior age group I found use of emails and remote signing daunting and off putting - could old fashioned paper be offered as an alternative?

They tell you things you want to hear and do not deliver!
What happened to no sale no fee? It’s been 2 years since we put our place on the market. They told us if they could not sell they would not charge us. Now they are sending us threats of legal action if the invoice is not paid. Super incompetent and do not know what they are doing. Do not buy or sell through them! Run as far as you can otherwise you might get stung with their scam next!
