GoogleI am a mortgage broker, I have a couple of clients purchasing the property with Lisa Royle. Very professional agent. Always in touch with an update. Chasing in updates from the solicitors, keeping everyone in the loop. Ryder and Dutton are the best in the North of Manchester. Worth registering with them. Thank you

Thanks you for your feedback, we appreciate all feedback both good and bad in order for us to strive to improve our service. We offer all our landlords Rent and Legal cover subject to satisfactory credit and reference checks. Whilst we offer all applicants every assistance, unfortunately we do have to adhere to the reference providers criteria. I understand that the one of my colleagues has spoken to you since your review and you have confirmed that you no longer wish to proceed with your application for our property as you have since found a more suitable property.
