GoogleMark is as useful as a chocolate teapot. The whole team is incompetent. Take your cash monthly - but when you actually need them to do anything they are unresponsive, disorganized and a shambles. Amazed they are still trading tbh.

GoogleThe team from Thompson Properties , particularly Mark worked tirelessly to facilitate the move to our flat. Communication was excellent, giving us up to date, honest, and helpful information every step of the way. Mark approach was professional and very friendly. I thoroughly recommend their service.

GoogleWe used Mark to sell our flat back in the spring/summer last year. We would highly recommend Thompsons. Mark guided us throughout the whole process, he was always contactable and offered comfort and solutions in quite stressful times. He didn't just help with selling our flat, he was always on hand to give us advice on our onward purchase, which was challenging. Mark had all the difficult conservations with the buyers solioctors, liased with the onwards chain estate agents, and always tackled issues head on. His recommendations to use Property Law and in particular Rajani saved our sale and purchase. Rajani worked around the clock and always had our best interests at the centre of each decision. Mark and Rajani were the dream team for us!!

GoogleI lived at Thompsons properties for several years and I have nothing but good words for that agency. For me Thompsons was home away from home, I always felt safe with the agency because they have always treated me as a human being and not just another tenant. Every issue small or more serious it has been dealt with professionalism and care. Mark Russell has always been understanding and he has helped me several times when I needed help the most and I will never forget that. Every agency has their pros and cons but Thompsons is the agency I trust and I will always consider my safe place. Thank you Thompsons, THANK YOU MARK π«‘

GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with this agency. The staff were generally unhelpful and showed little concern for tenant needs. Their focus seemed to be entirely on supporting landlords, with minimal effort made to address repair issues or uphold tenant rights. Despite reporting several maintenance concerns, there was little urgency or follow-up from the agency. Additionally, when the landlord charged rent above the agreed contract, the agency refused to intervene or offer any support, which I found unacceptable. Overall, I would not recommend this agency to tenants. Their lack of accountability and tenant support was deeply frustrating.

GoogleI had an extremely disappointing experience with Thompsons Estate Agency on Harlington High Street. After arranging finance through their affiliated company, they not only abandoned me but also sold the property to someone else who made a higher offer. Shockingly, the finance company charged me for their services while secretly advising the agency to reject my offer. All this happened despite my mortgage being approved within four days under the same terms. The situation reached a breaking point when I caught Mark, the agent, showing the property for sale to other clients. He had been pretending not to be in contact with the landlord and misleading me about the propertyβs status. Their actions showed a complete lack of honesty and professionalism. I feel deceived by Thompsons Estate Agency and their finance company. Based on my experience, I wouldnβt trust them with anything.

GoogleMy experience with Thompsons was outstanding, I manage to buy a house from them this year and the service was remarkable. Mark Russell was the person I dealt with and he helped me along the process giving me informations and making this a lot easier for me since it was my first time buying a property. I will rate them 5 stars and use this as a change to thank them and especially Mark for all the hard work he put on.

GoogleI recently purchased a property with the help of Thompsons. Mark and the team were absolutely fantastic . The communication was excellent and they supported us throughout the sale. I donβt think things would have gone so smoothly if it hadnβt been for the exceptional management team. I highly recommend Thompsonβs if you are thinking of buying a property!

GoogleWorst agent I ever met. Went for a viewing at scheduled time. Agent didn't even tell me that it was open viewing and I had to wait in long line for half an hour. Then he acts all rude, insensitive, and pathetic. Never tells you complete details and I believe is a racist. If you rent from this agency, think what they are going to do whole year

GoogleTime wasters , i have visit their office and give them all the paper work and documentation required. Than i was waiting for them to give me an answer 3 weeks and call them 3 times a week when answering always saying that the person I was looking for itβs not in the office and they will call me back .. never did . Avoid this people at all cost .

GoogleChose them to manage my property in Harlington. They were utterly incompetent. Terrible communication. never get back to you. they put in dodgy tenants who didn't pay rent.... and were impotent at doing anything to solve the situation..... Do not recommend.
