Lack of professionalism from the management side. We moved in 10 months agor in a flat full of issues (no hot water nor heating for our 3 first days in winter), with a broken boiler which is breaking every 2 weeks. Our request for boiler change are being ignored as well as all the other issues (damp house,fox infestation because of broken shed where they live in, and more ....) which are being ignored. We are fighting about everything and no being heard. This is unacceptable for the price we are paying we NEVER has a week without an issue since 10 month. Now the landlord surprisingly is thinking to sell the flat and is asking us to vacant the house in 2 months on our contract renewal date... How convenient! If I'd known I would have avoid them at all cost. The worse experience I've ever had as a tenant.

GoogleAsh & James were endlessly helpful, easy to understand and responsive in all communication (email, phone, texts). Rolfe East seem to know Acton better than other agents and I always felt they would deliver for us.

Absolutely Shambolic! I put my flat up to rent, the tenant has been in my property for 3 weeks now and I haven't received a single penny from Rolfe East nor a decent explanation as to why! Then today I get a statement where I have been charged for services I did not even request, charged multiple times for one off fees. Do yourself a favour and stay away from these guys, nothing but hassle and stress. They are masters at time wasting and money grabbing.

GoogleJames and Ash (and the team) were very good in helping me to sell my flat. They were the (fourth!) Agents I used in the local area at a time when the market has been very sluggish but got me to a good result and always communicated excellently. My conveyancers were very slow and so Ash in particular had to spend time chasing them up and smoothing delays over with the buyer which kept it safely on track.

GoogleAfter visiting one estate agent in Acton, I called in at Rolfe East to negotiate the sale of my mother's flat and decided instantly to let them handle the sale. I found both James and Ash very helpful, thorough and personable with none of the arrogance that some estate agents seem to possess. I thought prospective buyers would also feel the same. We have at last sold the flat in these rather difficult times and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

This was because we felt the photography and quality of the Rolfe East advertisements were better than that of other real estate agents, the staff were friendly and we felt that the Rolfe East-Acton fees were good value. Throughout the sale process, we found the staff (James, Ash, Nick) to be helpful, proactive and good at keeping us up-to-date. We were happy that we chose Rolfe East-Acton to sell our house.

GoogleAsh Patel heads up an entirely trustworthy and hardworking team that will do their best for you. They may not boast the biggest office but Rolfe East uses the same property websites as any of the others and charges the least commission. I particularly liked the way Ash dealt with the sale of our Acton home showing integrity, humanity and respect for both myself and the buyer. I was quite intimidated by other competing Estate Agents and I am far from timid! I recommend Rolfe East unreservedly.

GoogleThe Acton Team at Rolfe-East represent a relatively small company of dedicated employees. Appeasing both the buyer and sellers during sales cannot be easy but they have a way of facing issues, dealing with issues and bringing all groups together to resolve the problems, no not answering the phones, no music and please wait, no ducking the issues with 'I'll get back to you'. It has been a pleasure to work with them and I would recommend them to any potential customer

The all process to purchase the flat has not been always easy but they handle all situations and issues with an high level of professionalism. We recommend this agency to all those who need to sell or buy in the area as I ensure they are very experienced in the area of Acton.

GoogleOne of the first of many estate agents I contacted late last year to value my garden flat in Acton. I was given a realistic estimate on how much my flat could be marketed for, contrary to some other local estate agents who quoted me an over inflated estimate in order to gain my business. The selling contract drawn consisted of just one double sided A4 sheet without an endless list of complicated terms and conditions. Rolfe East is one of the few agent in the high street who does not tie you in with some clauses and penalty should you want to take your property off the market for one reason or another. Just 2 weeks notices if I remember was required with no penalty. I was re assured that should I needed to, I could put the process on hold at any time. My property was marketed just before Christmas and was advertised on 2 property search website as well as in the local weekly property paper. I had a firm offer a month or so later and we completed the transaction on the 31st of Mar 2016. I had regular communication from the agent keeping well informed on the progress. At some point, a possible legal issue coming from a 3rd party ,which could have jeopardised my sell propped up and although this was something that was to be sorted out by myself, my contact at Rolfe East gave me great support and most importantly kept his cool, despite the fact that all of us did think for a few days that indeed, the sell could possibly fall through. Last but not least, although the office opens at 09h30, I did notice during my many visit to the branch that a daily staff briefing takes place shortly after so a 10h00 appearance is probably more adequate! Thank you all at Rolfe East Acton!

They offered me advise and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They responded to my emails and phone calls very quickly and resolved issues in a timely and constructive manner. I found then friendly and understanding and would be happy to recommend them to family and friends.

GoogleI had a lovely mews house to sell, but in a tricky location (nearby development pending). Laurence, Patrick and James did a great job getting viewings arranged in the tricky Oct-Dec period, although successful sale not reached until Mar. This came in the same week that we secured out onward property, so couldn't have been happier. They're a great team and work hard for the client, and have very reasonable commission rate. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I recently had an appointment, November 2020, to view a property managed by Rolfe-East. The agent who came out from their Ealing, London, branch is utterly unsuitable to be a salesman. He was rude, disrespectful, big headed and made it seem like he is doing me a favour to show me around. He put me right off that property or any other connected to Rolfe-East.

GoogleDuring our purchase & Sale we got to know 3 of the main Acton estate agents. We found out of the 3 James & his team were the easiest to work with. A pleasure TBH, the other 2 agents we never felt we were being told 100% of the facts. So would highly recommend for sale & purchase. They made a not so fun process a bit more human. Thanks
