GoogleCuffley Banks' professional team have been very helpful in selling our house. Every step was well-planned and promptly executed from the outset. The photographers they hire are skilful and on time, creating a portfolio of the house that is in accordance with the legal requirements of the trade. Their marketing strategy and advice were great in my opinion. From the time their agent visited us in our house to the time we handed the keys to him, he was in contact with us upadating the information and procedures, reassuring us about the next steps. The agent's impressive communicative skills helped us and the buyers stay on top of the deal and clarify every legal step within the agreed deadlines. Cuffley Banks played a crucial role in mediating between us and the buyers to keep the line of negotiation open while we were waiting for both party's solicitors complete the documents. It's been an absolute pleasure selling our house with Cuffley Banks and I strongly recommend them. Their knowledge about the area and the greater periphery is up-to-date and accurate.

Finding the right tenant can be challenging but when you know you are supported by a professional outfit that don't cut and run once the commission is paid I priceless.
