GoogleCuffley Banks recently helped us sell our home in Greenford and they did an excellent job. Pawan and Keval were very good at managing the viewings and keeping us posted in a timely manner about viewings, interest and offers. It was an especially difficult time for me as it was our childhood home but after the passing of both parents we had to sell. They were sensitive and professional and what was a difficult process was made as easy as possible. Keval even managed to retrieve two wall paintings that I was unable to get off the wall, after completion and kept them safely for me to collect. I was so impressed that I referred them out of the area and they are currently helping friends of mine sell their property too. Thank you Cuffley Banks for your hard work.

GoogleWe had our house rented through Cuffley Banks for a number of years and the advice given by Kewal was always honest and helpful. Similarly when we went to sell our property, the advice, information and assistance given by Pawan was excellent. The whole of our experience when renting and then selling was exceptional. Can't praise and thank both Kewal and Pawan enough and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Pawan was with us every step of the way helping us to understand things we weren't sure of,there was never a time he was to busy to answer our never ending questions and help us with form filling. With his professionalism, he quickly strived for the best offer / buyer among several in less than one month. He could always understood our concerns and clarified our confusions regarding the process or even legal matters during the selling process. His clarity and responsiveness is highly appreciated. GoogleI am a house buyer who just completed a house purchase with the help of Pawan from Cuffley Banks. Throughout the 2.5 months start to end process I have known Pawan to be a very helpful and pleasant person to communicate with and professional throughout. A few things that stood out for me as a first time house buyer unfamiliar with the process: a) I wanted the nice looking and well maintained furniture in all the rooms and he negotiated with the Seller to include all in for a steal! b) He will follow up with me at the right intervals during the process especially when I needed help and advice on how and when to progress things further c) At my request he arranged with Seller for my visit to the property on day before exchange date so I can do last checks and get useful advice on how to run and maintain the house If you need a good agent who can partner with you and knows how things are professionally accomplished and expedited I cannot recommend Pawan highly enough.

He gave us a number of house viewings, gave guidance on making offers, answered a lot of questions patiently, provided us with relevant contacts on Solicitors, Surveyers, and Building Contractors and arranged a number of site visits for our contractors.
