We passed our referencing however our application was then cancelled due to lettingsexpress not paying for a package that includes outbound calls with goodlord referencing company . I asked for our holding deposit back however this was not granted because our guarantors sick pay could not be confirmed by goodlord . This was not our fault and out of our hands therefore we should not have been penalised and our holding deposit should of been refunded .NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

totally disgusted!!! have pursued 2 houses with this company they messed me about on one even allowing a viewing knowing that an application had gone in for it then messed me about with another, they are difficult to contact on the telephone as for e-mail they never bother to answer those either!!! the service is shocking telephone manner abysmal customer service shambolic last company ever I would recommend to anyone
