My estate agent Martin Smith recommended I took my property to auction with auction house. Martin was brilliant and encouraged me all the way. He and the auction house had to field off unhappy neighbours, but were constantly courteous and polite.

TrustpilotReliable and efficient
I had to sell my brother’s house in the midlands (I live on the south coast). It was very comforting to have left the sale of the house in such competent and helpful hands. I think the whole process from advertising the house to sale at auction was under 3 weeks.
Hi Barry, thank you for you feedback. We're so pleased that we were able to support the sale of your brother's property. All the best - Chris
