GoogleI have dealt with Nicola and Mandy over a number of years both as a landlord and a seller and have always found them professional and personable. They offer a personal service which is a pleasant change to the mainstream high street names. During our recent house sale they made the whole process very efficient achieving their estimated price within the time frame indicated, which allowed us to purchase our new home without being under offer in a very busy market.

GoogleI wouldn't use this agency or recommend!! I was a tenant of there's during lockdown a car drove into my house which was in Abinger Hammer into the front room ,my car was written off which was on the drive ,I had to move out while the structural damage was done, and I had just been made redundant, the landlord refused to cover any costs incured or give any grace period to help , I couldn't continue to live at the house because it was parallel to the road and I felt unsafe ,the stress of another accident was unbearable. The way I was treated I just couldn't take anymore and as such gave my notice before the 6 months was up. I still can't belive how they treated me during this situation the agent doesnt advise their landlords they are just an office taking calls so quite pointless using them. I would seriously consider using an agent in Dorking or Guildford for a better service and how they treated me as a Tenant was unacceptable.

GoogleI have nothing but praise for Terra Cotta - and Mandy and Nicola in particular. I put my cottage on the market with them at the end of 2021 and, with their expertise and local knowledge, very quickly realised a sale. They are very proactive and, despite obviously busy schedules, offer you such focused attention that you feel as though you are their sole client. Nothing was too much trouble - Mandy recommended excellent solicitors, found really useful people to help me, and had prompt answers to my endless questions. They really helped to take the stress out of the whole ordeal providing professional know-how with a personal touch and, being a truly local branch, knew their market and used that intel to very good effect. Really excellent service and lovely people to boot! Thank you!

GoogleNicola and Mandy were very professional and friendly. They were always on the end of the phone to answer my queries. I sold and also rented through them and would happily recommend them to everyone. They’re definitely the “go to” agent in the local area. I am also an agent in another area for over 20 years, so I know a good agent when I see one.

Google"TERRACOTTA" ah! a name from the 90's when twice as many properties were on the market in the u.k. and Tuscany was just a dream and umbria was unheard of......This is the second time ive been disappointed by this agency and their lack of transparency when describing their properties. Maybe they should mention in their descriptions something about building plots to be bought as an extra! What made matters worse was the seller (pretending to be naive) was also there but failed to mention the subsequent sell off of half the garden and outbuildings as another building plot.I was accused by Nicole (who rolled up late in her Audi sports convertible) that i had not taken notice of the particulars enough and failing to see a small red line only featured on a small map on their web site. silly me.

We all know that moving house is a stressful time, Nicola and Mandy are both professional and empathetic, they helped me through the complexities of legal negotiations and ‘ held my hand‘ when I was having a wobble. 10/10 for the whole team at Terracotta. GoogleI recently purchased through Terra Cotta and had also rented through them a year ago. Nicola and Mandy are both very knowledgable on the local area and work professionally to ensure things keep progressing to completion. We were under pressure to exchange and complete within two months and it was important to get issues resolved promptly which they were able to do directly with the seller - something which can be frustratingly slow when going through solicitors! I would certainly recommend Terra Cotta and will no doubt use their services again when the next move comes along - I know they have many repeat clients in the area!

GoogleThe team at Terra Cotta did a great job in helping us sell our property in a short period of time. I appreciated their personal service, friendly manner and knowledge of the area. Nicola's personal interest in the property was nice. Her availibility was excellent and she was very good at keeping me informed. She was able to keep a level head even when things were tense as we tried to complete before the stamp duty holiday ended.

GoogleTerra Cotta have let and managed properties for me for decades and have always looked after my and the Tenant's interests with great thoughtfulness and the benefit of their long experience. They have always quickly found replacement Tenants when required. On a personal level they are a delight to deal with and excellent at resolving any problems that arise. Therefore I can relax and trust in their good management.
